I have done it. I went to Japan for a couple of years. Can recommend.

First, this is a perfect specimen! Gorgeous!
Second, I thought Japanese women were prude (which is a plus). What gives?

You think a culture of people who's No.1 fetish is little schoolgirls getting raped by tentacle puke monsters are prude?

Is Japan really this way?
I always thought the weird Japan was an image created by degenerate weebs.
I thought Japanese are conservative, prude and very nationalistic (which is good but they don't show it)

>I thought Japanese are conservative, prude and very nationalistic
They are both extremely eccentric, and extremely conservative. It's a weird culture for sure.

went to the uk and and america for a few jobs before going back to germany.
the uk basically was a caliphate. the food was shit and bland and pretty much everyone acted like a jew. also chavs. fuck em.
the murrikas werent betters. i got a job in new york as an inhouse webdev working on the backend and cms they made from scratch. in reality they outsourced it to indians(i know cliche) and they just fucked it up so i had to have them hire another guy and we did the whole thing again from scratch. but then i realized america was also shit. new york especially. i only really did it for the hight pay and it was only for two years but a lot of the american systems for people are incredibly shit if you are used to how things are in germany. benefits where fucking shit. health insurance was a pain to deal with. getting my visa was easy enough though i was even offered the opportunity at a greencard but i declined. also the people in new york are really really shit. public transportation is a fucking joke if you are used to getting across entire countries and exectaly where you want to go on time for a few yuros. also people literally get shot. i dont have anything against people carrying guns around but holy fuck. i was working between brooklyn and manhatten and holy fuck. going a few blocks changes the world completely from third world shithole to kinda 2nd world shithole.

never fucking again.
ill stay in germany even if theyd offer me a million bucks a month.

Those people are right considering Anno is obsessed with and seemingly wants to be Tomino, but never hit that mark.

And Japan is very conservative. America is too but the porn industry is strong. In some ways it's a niche and in others it's something large parts of society takes part in, especially the younger or new generations.

dude. like a third of the female japanese populus did or is doing porn.
the japs are very proper in public and to save face but they really have a huge problem with rampand promiscurity and sexcrimes and child sex traffiking.
their answer to this is just not counting it as crimes and letting it happen. thats why their crime rates are so "low".
their women are overwhelmingly on the slut side of things.

Source of webm. Look up floating world.

Everything you mention is significantly worse in the west. Britain's government has even been defending pedos publicly for decades from leaders in their government to beat cops and "refugees". The west and southwest US has a massive problem too. Meanwhile we're locking up people by the droves for bullshit.

Friendly reminder that while Britbongs and other have their issues, they at least do not deliberately set the age of consent to 13 (and even allow younger in certain districts), have deliberately weak rape laws and do not differentiate between rape of a child and rape of a grown woman.

There are plenty of good things in japland, but the status of women is just horrible.

Those ages of consent aren't for adult relationships you tard, they're for kids. They're to protect kids so you don't end up with shit like kids in Europe and America ending up in pedo sex offender databases for being sexually promiscuous with each other

Are you sure about that? I thought 13 was a national baseline and every prefecture overrided it to be higher.

Also this.

You’re right about NYC but isn’t Germany quickly becoming a caliphate like the UK?

Except she's 27 according to Google.

Only if I didn't have to live in a city. I'd only live somewhere with a population of 1000 or less.

>Those ages of consent aren't for adult relationships you tard, they're for kids.
That's not how age of consent works.

>Are you sure about that? I thought 13 was a national baseline and every prefecture overrided it to be higher.
That's the national baseline, but a couple of districts have 12 or none at all. A couple of years back age of consent were basically a free for all for all districts, but then after a major sex tourism scandal immediately followed by the scandal with those idol catalogue photography things I don't remember the name of now (where they basically just take pictures of little girls in skimpy swimwear etc), politicians figured they had to do at least something.

>Those ages of consent aren't for adult relationships you tard,
Fun fact: while the national baseline for age of consent is 13, some districts allow marriage of 12 year old girls.

I do intend to.

How did you manage to do that?
How many years of experience you had had when went there for the first time?
What's your education?

Sub zero what are you doing in there?

its overblown for the most parts.
many international news sites strategically omit to report that a lot of them have been or are being deported. its still an issue mind you cause of fake documents and other things and people just vanishing after getting into germany but for the most part it inst that big of an issue any more. surprising no one with deportation and handling the leeches crimes are also on the decline again.
id lie if i said it isnt a problem but its not a huge problem anymore and even politicians are now opting to do things rather than remaining PC. plus the refugee crisis only really affected capitals and huge cities. no one really gives a fuck about them. in germany you can get gigabit internet for a few bucks way out in the boonies on a fucking cow ranch.

Teaching that little grill to show some respect, obviously, and not smoke and kick the cupboards.

Yup.
In Hungary I earn about 400~ USD a month as a beginner sysadmin in a hospital. It's not even enough to live alone. 300-350 would be spent on a shitty rent.

Japan has the weirdest culture among the major asian countries like China and S. Korea, no doubt.

>Britain's government
britain's government doesn't even care about CP if it's from shitskins.
Right now they unveiled the 3rd or 4rth child grooming scandal of the last 5 years and they are not going to do anything about it ... because it's just imported goatfuckers with needs.
Laws mean nothing if you are not going to apply them.

S.K. is pretty weird too, though.

You get a CEO position in a growing X Company. But you have to move to India.

I'm glad to hear the situation is starting to improve for Germany. I just hope it isn't too late for Germany like it is for the UK. That place is beyond recovery at this point.

Also, you probably could have picked a better place to live than NYC. It is a nice place to visit or vacation but it can be tough to live there. Our public transportation does suck for the most part, which is fairly upsetting for me since I prefer to walk and take a train but that is out of the question in many parts of the US.

God I wanna go back to Japan.

>India
Would pass. Not because of racist poo in loo memes, but because of multi- and total-resistant bacteria. Don't want to live where the zombie apocalypse is bound to start.

Also, burning water and rape culture.

>I just hope it isn't too late for Germany like it is for the UK.
its my hope as well. though it does seem to be that way for now. i mean atleast not even merkel would stand by idly if people would start childgrooming gangs around here. and you bet your ass the police would not let that slide.
>Also, you probably could have picked a better place to live than NYC.
yeah but declining 800k for simple webdev job didnt compute back then in my 22 year old brain.

Hungarian living in Germany here.
€4000/month. Step you game up, bro.

She is Korean.

>burning water

That's new to me, explain?

What are you doing?

news.nationalgeographic.com/2018/02/bangalore-india-lake-bellandur-catches-fire-pollution/

Amazing, I started to distinct Asians.

yes

I'm turned on and deeply unsettled the same time by this gif.

$800,000 salary?! Holy shit. I guess I can see why you took that. Do you mind elaborating what your experience / qualifications where and was it mostly back end or front end? I only ask because I see plenty of web dev. jobs, a mix of back end and front end, posted in NYC and many of them are between $90,000 to $120,000 which I make more than and live in a much lower cost of living area.

Web dev with a Luxembourg commute.
Our main sysadmins get around €12000/month.

Bruto or after-tax? How's rent, health insurance and living costs? Big/expensive city or something else? Dev/ops?
>inb4 20 questions

Sweet. The only problem is that my German is shit and I'm a just junior in the field. Should I learn the language or there are English speaking places too? I really want to get out of this hole

Nice m8.

After tax. Rent is damn good in the small villages near the border. I live right next to the autobahn. Commute sucks sometimes, but it's worth it since my costs are pretty much halved compared to people who live 5 minutes from the workplace.
Thankfully I don't have to speak either french or german at the company I work for, but learning the language will be an importabt step in acquiring German citizenship.

qualifications didnt matter in that case because i had a recommendation through a guy i knew.
but i cant tell you what i did before. i studied media engineering. it was really just webdev/app development. but it was nice though i stopped after i got my bachelors. funnily enough the first time i actually learned programming was with flash/actionscript. however our teacher was some sort of carmack tier wizard and taught us general programming rather than a specific language.
later down the line the courses included the standard programming stuff like algorithms, math for programmers, artificial intelligence and systems design.
the only reason i was payed that much is that the company was associated with banks and therefore made a lot of money. before i worked with them i was doing freelance frontend web engineering. which was my second actual job tough in the uk. like i said it was mostly because of the recommendation. nowadays i work as the dedicated web dev for both front end and backend for a company. but its really just part time. because i used all the money i made from the job in america to buy appartments here in germany and rent those out.
technically i dont have to work anymore, like ever. but i like working. its strangely fulfilling and i work mostly from my home anyways. i really only have to get in for meetings of i wanna make a big design change or implement a big new feature. whan that happens i gotta talk with the programming department head but he never actually said no to me. im 26 now btw. im thinking of maybe trying for vidya deving since ive learned c and c# but i heard that industry is a bitch to work and get into.

Thanks man, any suggestions how or where should I start? I'm 23 but I feel like it's already too late

I should have started my career by interning in Germany. GTFO of the U.S. while you still can.

Nice!
Never too late m8, just gonna need to adjust yo expectations.

already did, and I'm changing again once this contract is over. Got lucky working for a company with clients all over the world.

It's not. If I didn't have this chance pretty much handed to me (boss in hungary told me we're moving to Luxembourg, get ready in 3 weeks), I may have stayed forever in Hungary.
But it's really not such a big deal to move, once you commit. Go for a company that will help financially.
I'd start to look in Amsterdam or Ireland.

Thanks a lot user, I hope I'll be able to get out of this hellhole. I really appreciate the help

Got a underpaid junior web dev position in Paris. Moving there next month.

From where?

Hnngg

Damn. I'd say you are doing pretty well for yourself. Congratulations! I'm also 26 but I studied electrical engineering for a Bachelors of Science at an OK university. I don't make nearly as much as you did, around $145,000 a year. I also started off in more of a hardware / traditional engineering role working for an electric utility after I graduated and them transitioned into pure software development. I would most likely be making more if I had started out in software development first but it was a unique experience so I'm to upset about it.

There's more of this, post it.

Dev jobs are underpaid in France so don't worry too much about it.

well i dont make that much nowadays. its just that my income now is reliable and consistent thanks to rent always coming in. that was probably a once in a life time thing. i make about 240k right now including the rent income from 3 appartments. like i said my main job is really part time. because i really just have to maintain the things that are already running and maybe once a year update the site to follow the new meme javascript framework and see that the back end api works properly and is updated.
its really not that big of a deal.
over the years i pretty much started to prefer regular money coming in rather than loads of money.

Did you go for a Master degree?

I moved to Japan for grad school and live there now.

Stop posting whores to get attention.

i knew a guy in the uk who ended up as burger flipper who got a masters in electronic engineering. to get his phd. hed have to study in germany for a year but he didnt want to. and because theres no engineering jobs in the uk pretty much he ended up being a burger flipper.

I wanna split her in two

>floating world

>The Floating World of Edo Japan
>During Japan’s Edo period (1615–1868) the phrase "the floating world" (ukiyo) evoked an imagined universe of wit, stylishness, and extravagance—with overtones of naughtiness, hedonism, and transgression. Implicit was a contrast to the humdrum of everyday obligation. The concept of the floating world began in the Japanese heartland, migrated eastward, and came to full flower in Edo ...
Give better source pls

people with yellow fever need to fucking die

and those pictures have been so heavily photoshopped that it physically and mentally hurts to look at

>How did you manage to do that?
I applied for a Japanese research fellowship.
>How many years of experience you had had when went there for the first time?
About 2 years after completing PhD.
>What's your education?
Physics with PhD. You needed a PhD to get that fellowship. And generally speaking to get an interesting job as a physicist you do need a PhD. That too I can recommend.

Oh, and I never saw much of all that kinky stuff. The closest was a troupe of young women doing conjuring tricks wearing skin tight spandex body suits.

I am graduating from Uni this year as a bachelor.
What should I do, if I want to go in Japan and work there? I read about HSFP program but it seems unaccomplishable for me at this moment.

That's the thing my man.
The opportunity to invest a huge chunk of money gave you financial freedom. Now you can go do whatever work you please without worrying about how much it pays.

Pizzafag here. I would consider moving only if it paid exceptionally well, and still, only for a couple years at most.
I already have a great job here in Italy that pays well and my friends and family live near me, I certainly don't want to give it all up for ((("""career"""))).

She's Korean.
As for why no live action? Japan and Korea have a horrible habit of casting their newest pop-stars in major rolls to further push their careers. Even if they can sing and dance, the majority of them are shit at acting and most don't bother to learn or practice. They also seem to have a problem with doing more than one shot for a scene. If the shot is bad it's going to stay bad, no re-shoots. These pop-stars have more important shit to do with their lives like be on 20 different game-shows; Fuck your live-action adaption.

?

>What should I do, if I want to go in Japan and work there?
Is English your native language? In that case you can go there as an English teacher. It is not well paid and there are a few problems but you do get immersed into the culture.
cubewatermelon.tumblr.com/post/73995371498/my-teaching-in-japan-faq
She made a comics about it too.

Murrikan here. Where do you live in Italy? Place seems pretty nice. I'd like to visit sometime.

>English teacher.
lol

>Is English your native language?
No.
I suppose, I must get some proficiency level cert?

I'd gladly move to fucking Mongolia or something like that if it pays well.

You can only work as an English teacher if you are a native English speaker, or have a work visa through some other means.
If you want to work in computer science there are a few jobs open to foreigners.
Just try your luck. From what I have heard they do need competent cs people, especially foreigners to help them get up to speed in certain sectors where they suck.
