There's never good guys in conflicts, it's not black or white. But t b h i would say the croatians and bosnians were right in the general sense, they wanted peaceful independence and when serbia said no, it became a total shitshow for everyone involved, even NATO which didnt defend srebrenica when the serbians cane to salughter all the population, they just left the village knowing exactly what was going to happen. Of course, NATO were overnumbered and they probably would have been slaughtered too, but they promised to defend the population and they did not.
