our biggest problem in the near future is the fact VRAM(GDDR5, GDDR6, HBM2) production was cut short so the memory fabs could make bank on low supply, until Micron and SK Hynix start to invest more money into new fabs, which will push Samsung to invest as well, then VRAM will be the bottleneck towards increased production

This is the only sentence which didn't make sense. I'm an economist and I understand all other applications, outcomes, etc. How did you determine it's a scam? There have been vendors which promised ridiculous returns on investments and that scam worked, but how is it an all encompassing scam?
