ITT: what music player do you use on your android

Poweramp with material design skin

Black Player. Probably the best interface out there.

Is there a player that doesn't reset the "recently played" playlist when your phone reboots?
WHY THE FUCK IS THIS NOT A THING

see

i have black player, i dont see a "recently played" option
is it in playlists?

nevermind, i see it
does it really never reset?
like never ever?
it must have a limit to the length at least or something

Music Player that comes with CM
Google Play Music
Spotify

Stock music player and Tidal

Shuttle and Spotify

Shuttle is good as hell. It has seamless playback, but cycling through songs on shuffle is kinda laggy.

cloudplayer
it's a bit limited in terms of functionality but it plays my WAVs

Rocket Player. It has nice interface and is pretty easy to use.

Google Play Music. It's not the best but streaming + my cloud library together is comfy.

google play and gonemad, which is the most underrated and probably best local player on android

so im using blackplayer as anons in this thread and past threads have recommended.
and it is absolute slow as shit.
I am forced to use folder view as there is no option to sort by album artist, and the typical track, album, and artist views load fine the folder view takes a full fucking minute to load each time i open the app. Worthless.

gonemad is no good if you're OCD and want to see all your album art. none of these players are good if you're ocd really

do you have a fucking brick as a phone nigga

the sony stock app, tried poweramp but it has lower volume and it recognizes notifications as songs so if you are listening to an actual song they next one might be a notification sound

how can you not see all your album art?

>try to upload music to Google Play Music
>can't establish a secure connection

i have a 2015 flagship
it might be the fact that I have 100 gigs of music but every other music player handles that fine

because gonemad is on some weak shit.
i mp3tag all my albums so the art is all there.

so yoy tag your albums but gonemad doesn't show the art? gonemad displays embedded and external covers...

>android

it doesn't show every single one of them is what i meant
it shows most of them, but that's not a compliment

word the way these music players are looking my next phone might be apple

You poor?

Shuttle. It kind of sucks

literally never had a problem with it, idk what's up with you

Rocket player because Opus

>Android user asking someone else if he's poor

I think you mixed your shit up

Android phones are becoming more expensive than iPhones

you may have the "auto download art" setting enabled.
I don't because sometimes that gives you shitty results

poweramp, used to use shuttle and rocket player

Stock music player. Dont need anything else. :3

...

so i reinstalled the app and it does seem to have all of them
there are about 3 of them that didn't show up but those could be problems on my end
but the "recently played" shows you song by song instead of album by album so I won't be using it anyway

Apollo

what player is that?

Poweramp because i can turn down the preamp and it has no problems with flac.

what player is this
plz respond

Was just using the default one (there's two default ones on my phone, not sure which I was using) and it served my purposes. Just recently downloaded the new Foobar app though and it's a lot better I think. Even with everyone complaining that it's shitty. Works great for me.

poweramp
you have 2 pay for it tho

+1 for Poweramp. Worth the money, especially if you get it with google play rewards cash

ID on skin?

Musicbee.

Black player exclusive all the way.

Tomahawk

Apollo or Vanilla Music Player
Both are free software

kill me

>lower volume
what
>recognizes notifications as songs
you can specify which folder it reads from for music, and you can also set a minimum length to files for it to include in the library

Doubletwist. Is it good?

This desù

foobar

There's one (1) android music player in that image, and it's just in public beta since last week .

No because shit layout

Poweramp, I like what you can do with it. But I've found that Google's app has a pretty good equalizer, but you can't do as much with the app as you can with Poweramp

no, Shit layout

Phonograph obv

I'm using shuttle but I don't like it that much. Is foobar android any good?

no, Meme posts

Cyanogen music app

No poweramp, i have never used it.

Poweramp pro has been all I've needed. There are still a few little things that bug the fuck out of me, but it's good shit.

Forgot pic.

I didn't know there's a Foobar app for android.

how do niggas have musicbee on android?
are you talking about the remote thing?

Apollo because the widget looks the best and it's free

...

Shuttle

spotify for music streaming and google play music for my personal favorite artists when i dont got any wifi

Pretty sure it just came out pretty recently.

Poweramp is only app I've ever paid for and would do so again.

My Android is shitting on me lately and I received a free iphone, what are some good music players for iOS?

Phonograph for the aesthetics. Waiting for foobar to not look like total shit.

built in sony one, getting kind of sick of it though, didnt like poweramp at all
