Implying that even if they do you'll be able to buy one, let alone at msrp.

I'm waiting for 1180Ti/2080Ti

Didn't they already announce that they weren't going to announce anything?

Livestream when??

HOW WONDERFUL I CANT WAIT FOR $699USD 2080 AND 599 USD FOR A 2070 WITH NO OVERCLOCKING WOWEEEEEEEE

Gonna hold onto my 1080 until the heat death of the universe, aka when AMD makes a good
MCM gpu in 202x

>$699USD 599 USD
haha, you wish. Double those prices.

Enjoy the $2000 1180 Ti and $5000 Titan T guys ;^)

Heat death won't happen until AMD stops designing graphics processors

9AM Pacific Time.

>New GPUs

They can fucking keep them.
I'd rather compute my shit on a fucking 486 or become a mountain goat farmer than paying these overblown retarded prices.

If they are announced today, they'll be Pascal refreshes.

If you think Volta gaming GPUs are being announced, you're an idiot who doesn't understand technology at all and should go back to Sup Forums.

You mean marketing, not technology.

No leaks of prototpyes, codenames or anything. Not even the customery preemtive shillposting. They got nothing to release.

And what about raytracing memes ?

Yes they did but everyone in the thread will ignore the fact to shitpost like they always do.

Has anybody in this thread ever been to GTC? Is it interesting to attend in person? I'm considering trying to attend next year (paid for by work ofc)

How about you link to a source?

I doubt there will even be Pascal refreshes. Why the fuck would anything nice ever happen.

That said there will probably be a successor to Volta for GPGPU and HPC, but absolutely nothing for gayming. And even so, expect mining to make whatever's announced completely overpriced, if Nvidia doesn't decide to do that themselves.

>we feel pascal is the best we can offer for gaming and is very successful
>here is a new card specifically for memining
>see you next year

Major butthurting inbound.

How about you just google "nvidia GTC", dipshit.

There was a Pascal refresh in 2017. The 9Gbps memory. Was like a 3% performance increase or some shit.

But they might refresh further with higher clocks, or maybe 10/12/14nm node.

The 1050 (Ti) is already on 14nm, I wonder how difficult it would be to move the rest of the chips over to 14nm, or maybe even 12 if TSMC has it ready. That would at least provide some level of performance boost to tide us over until next architecture or whenever AMD/RTG gets their shit together, which will coincidentally be at the exact same time.
