github.com/qbittorrent/qBittorrent

No, but it does stall a lot.

...

Damn the utorrent COPE is pathetic.

No.

>play 4K video fine
>open up qbittorent
>stuttering everywhere
if that's not a GPU miner, what is?

If you're not a retard that doesn't know how computers work, then who is.

I had some shit with qBittorrent that would slow my internet to a crawl regardless of torrent download speed. "uTP" in Connection settings, turn that shit off and set to TCP only.

will give it a try
what is it for?

maybe don't let it use 100% of your upload bandwidth

Go look at the sauce.

1. Your internet provider or maybe router / AP is shit
2. You somehow didn't use the obvious rate / connection limiting settings.

>implying an upload speed of 20KB/s is saturating my connection

uTorrent 2.2.1 doesn't have this problem.

The new logo is so fucking bad.
It looks like someone just stole the osu logo and made it blue.

different user here, have a 1Gb/200Mb bw, µTP better on or off?

>how do I computer

now that transmission has an official windows build there is no reason not to use it

There's also no reason to use it.

iirc uTP doesn't need rate limitations since they're built in within the protocol
