There will be no rolling for track titles, album titles, cover, or band name. Instead:
>Track will be named whatever you call it when you upload it >Band name will be voted on >Album art is pic related >Album name is "Sup Forums presents noisehop" >All submissions will be accepted, as long as it's an original noisehop track >We will stop when there's 20 tracks
How the fuck do you make this kinda shit? I've never made music/touched music software in my life, but at the rate which you're putting this out must mean its relatively easy (or your just good :^)), no?
Jackson Young
I'd say it's pretty easy ye. Wanna pirate FL Studio and give it a shot?
Levi Turner
yeah if you gimme the low down ill try, sure. dl'ing now.
Carson Perry
You're gonna want to make a nice drumbeat, maybe some melody, and then use the Hardcore plugin to add distortion
Joshua Rivera
cheers, that it? need to pop up to get some things, but will get started when i come back. hopefully thread will still be around.
Lucas Sullivan
It might still be around but yeah that's basically it. Good luck!
Bentley James
Not the vocals, but it has the percussion from the beginning of Double Helix
Jayden Gutierrez
Ah okay. Well I'm glad I accidentally made a Death Grips beat. Really reinforces the meme
picosong.com/Zcye/ could've done it better but i haven't slept like in 15 hours
Dylan Evans
Thanks for this It's rly good
Elijah Brooks
I have little musical talent outside of drum beats and pretty decent fl studio skills. Is this the genre for me?
Julian Clark
ABSOLUTELY Same goes for me and I made tracks 1-4 I guess I'm alright at piano and violin but those things don't really help me out that much with noisehop tracks. Go for it m8
Christian Wright
listen to the tracks contributed so far and discern that for yourself
Dylan Howard
ive heard a couple and they sound like theyve got to much hardcore. Would it still be noisehop if I toned it down to have less ear rape.
Do you legitamatley enjoy the music though? Although I never succeed, the music I make always is meant to sound good to me.
Dominic Edwards
damn I really like this. i have a hard time getting really noisey without it sounding like shit
Christopher Scott
of course I do. Although, I like the noise elements best, and I assume you like the hip-hop side more (so I guess you should focus more on that element).
Dylan Gomez
yeah, the hip hop side is the better side for me. I do like distorting shit though, I just never put hardcore on it because it makes it so painful for me.
Liam Adams
thanks. one thing that i usually try to do to avoid that is to only have a few things going on at once. when everything is very distorted, it can get overwhelming quickly
Evan Rodriguez
yeah I'll keep that in mind thanks!
mind posting a link to some of your other stuff? wanna check it out
Josiah Turner
sorry, i don't currently have anything online. i'm working on my first beat tape and it's on a computer not near me.
