vain

are all the same person. college underclassman. really likes the work of paul thomas anderson.

idk I've never met a person who likes this stuff. outside chance you really just listen to mu core but whenever you post your favorite music you choose at random from a list of 15 or so relatively obscure albums that you heard a few times and liked

tripfag, so personality is insecure and needy

Ahab - The Divinity of Oceans
Pharoah Sanders - Karma
Ryoji Ikeda - dataplex

shit you figured me out

>I've never met a person who likes Daniel Johnston or Kate bush
>Avey Tare isn't Sup Forumscore

pretty chill dude but depressed
started browsing Sup Forums less than a year ago

does a lot of drugs

hates """hipsters"""

thinks too much about missed opportunities to find love

on Sup Forums for less than 6 months

smokes a lot of weed

had spent a lot of money on headphones despite being broke

you think your life is boring and wish you were an artist in new york living the bohemian life

Slowdive-Pygmalion
Talk Talk-Laughing Stock
Aphex Twin-Drukqs

i would argue avey tare solo stuff isn't mucore. and i didn't mean i've never met anyone who likes any of that stuff. but i don't have a ready-made assumption to make about someone who likes these albums the way i assume you like paul thomas anderson if your favorite albums are super prominant mucore

>tfw nobody replied to me even tho I replied to people.
bummerino. maybe Sup Forums just doesn't know the shit I posted?

which post is u

King Crimson – ItCotCK
Morphine – Good
The Doors – self-titled

this one:

sgt peppers
trout mask
ok computer

fuck off i don't care

>The Doors – self-titled
Why do you like this album so much?

it's deep and accessible at the same time

you cared enough to post

Death Grips - The Money Store
Radiohead - Kid A
Aphex Twin - Selected Ambient Works 85-92

obviously cares a lot. Is struggling to escape his """dad rock""" phase and get into """deeper""" music.

yeah those are pretty obscure for a thread like this, quite unlikely anyone wouldve heard all 3 enough to comment on ur personality, thread is pretty young though.

also try to put ur top 3 with a bunch of replies, makes it more visible and people dont think u arent contributing.

>all this Sup Forumscore
1. Gazpacho - March of Ghosts
2. Diane Cluck Boneset
3. HRSTA - Ghosts Will Come and Kiss Our Eyes

you have cool taste

Love - Forever Changes
Steely Dan - Can't Buy a Thrill
Slint - Spiderland

has genuinely awful taste
has never actually got high to Sleeps albums
Really wants to be able to play guitar and sing well
Needs to stop visiting scaruffis top albums list

can u elaborate on whats so deep about it? to me it was forgettable except for the stunning closer

you talk a lot. you tend to force conversations to be about what you want to talk about. you support bernie sanders. you view yourself as being above whatever you do for a living.

>Bernie Sanders
Do you mind if I ask what makes you think that?

>Velvet - Banana album
>DJ Shadow - Endtroducing
>Bill Gould & Jared Blum - The Talking Book

never talks about music with friends because they listen to less obscure music

actually has barely listened to aphex twin but didn't want to seem totally pleb

Good job, user. Never become rich and successful,it fucking kills you.

pretentious

The Beatles - White Album
Yes - Close to the edge
Love - Forever changes

thanks man.

both wrong

when i said i dont care i didnt mean i dont care in general, just that i dont care about people who think those albums are complete shit or a generic pick

well you're not entirely wrong though, i do care a lot about things. just not this. good job.

>on Sup Forums
>"all this Sup Forumscore"

GY!BE - F#A#
The Doors - LA Woman
Sun Kil Moon - Benji

snaporatz
afraid of being known as that weird guy
retro styled pancakes
always secretly trying to get the aux when with others
take acid with me?
smokes something, maybe a fat vape?
insecure about his taste for no reason
fucking kek

your favourite album is a 5 minute minimal synth police sample heavy EP?

political punk music. plus its a cold read. it is sort of cheap to guess that mutants are left leaning college age guys because by sheer chance you will hit more often than you will miss

also i am a student at uw in seattle so at this point i feel like everyone is a bernie supporter

Not my favorite, those are are in no particular order, but yeah I really like Boris Policeband. I think what he does is cool.

I actually don't like Bernie at all, kek. Fair guess tho.

My Bloody Valentine - Loveless
GZA - Liquid Swords
Jeff Buckley - Grace

1. Sweet Trip - Velocity : Design : Comfort
2. Digable Planets - Blowout Comb
3. Kanye West - Late Registration

>tfw you will always be a sub-Sup Forumscore pleb who doesn't get replies because their favorites are just obscure enough for people to not hear, but not obscure enough to be an interesting avant-teen
feels bad man

get obscurer faggot

Is there something wrong with that?

I feel like thats like putting Symphonie "Les échanges" in your favourite albums because it's interesting, but honestly it might be ground breaking but how is it a favourite that you return to? Seems strange

Television - Marquee Moon
Danny Brown - XXX
Avery Tare & Panda Bear - Spirit They're Gone; Spirit They've Vanished

I just really enjoy it. I listen to it a lot, and had a bit of an influence on my own music.

oh good. yeah I think bernie is full of bologna, pretty frustrating how many people are on board. just the number of times i have talked to someone who thought the bailout/stimulus shouldn't have happened but support all kinds of stupid inefficient spending

that makes sense
fair enough

i didn't reply but i did download these albums because i hadn't heard them

also cry about it faggot

GY!BE - Lift Yr. Skinny Fists Like Antennas To Heaven
Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon
Radiohead - In Rainbows

tbf i am a bernie supporter and i disagree pretty hard with his actual economic ideas. i dont think the min wage should be raised, dont think we should try to make college free, not sure about single payer healthcare, so on. I'm not a socialist by any means.

I voted for him because i think a lot of people including myself feel disenfranchised with how much control corporations have over washington. look at all the donations hillary is getting from pharmaceutical companies! the only thing I really, really 100% agree with sanders on is campaign finance reform.

I think if that one issue - campaign finance reform - were to be fully implemented and protected, then it would lead to people become much less apathetic about voting and politics, which would be a very good thing for america for many many years.

spot on tb.h tbqh desu
is it normal to not have a favorite album until you stumple upon this pineapple shaving forum so people can tell you whats supposed to be good? do you just drop whatever you liked before because this stuff is THAT much better?

>tfw was able to scuessfully defend an album I like on Sup Forums
What strange new world is this?

1.) The Microphones - Mount Eerie
2.) Yes - Close to the Edge
3.) J Dilla - Donuts

lol shkreli is that you

tbdesu a lot of people here before finding Sup Forums never really dug deep into music. my favorite artist before Sup Forums was coldplay...

i used Sup Forumscore as a guide to try to find new music that i might like better, and i did

im btw

The Beatles-Magical Mystery Tour
Frank Zappa-Absolutely Free
Daniel Johnston - Hi, How Are You

I'm this user I did the same thing on my first year on Sup Forums then I adventured into RYM's catalog aligned with charts from here. Also recommendations from the chart threads too.

1. Down Colorful Hill - Red House Painters
2. Nick Drake - Pink Moon
3. Rain Dogs - Tom Waits

you know i actually agree about the campagin finance stuff to an extent, but i think the problem might be a little overblown. you know why politicians are 'in the pocket' of business elites? because politicians are usually from the same kind of background and share the same kinds of values. there is a very fine line between yale educated junior senator and yale educated junior mckinsey associate. i reckon the interests of finance and big business would be well represented even if politicians never had to accept a single contribution, because rich kids from good families simply share a common set of interests and values. there is no conspiracy here.

so yeah the campaign system is pretty ridiculous (for reasons that go beyond just the funding), but it is far from the most important issue.

1. National Health - National Health
2. Animal Collective - Campfire Songs
3. Don Caballero - Don Caballero 2

>You have a few people to hang out with but you don't really have close friends.
Holy shit. How did you come to that conclusion, that's pretty good.
Rec me some shit I might like, pls.

>you smoke a lot
Absolutely wrong. I did contemplate once in my life to smoke, but decided not to because of my dad's family smoking issue.

pleb

well at least we know you're being honest

Modest Mouse - The Moon and Antarctica
Run the Jewels - Run the Jewels 2
Summoning - Minas Morgul

I do enjoy nature but don't precisely prefer the countryside, not permanently at least; I'd say you have explored quite some psychedelic music but prefer at the moment a thrashier/messier vibe
