no
no
I'm sorry
thank you

Oh, and I'm seeing Thrice w/ La Dispute in a few weeks, that will be fun.

yeah I've seen some other internet buds posting about going to their concert. I bet they put on a good show. What song are you most hoping they'll play?

That's excellent news! Was it something minor or serious?

Major plus to Amusment Parks on Fire by the way. I don't think I've ever seen them on here. So underrated. I need to remember them next eight hundred times someone with MBV on their grid asks for a rec.

Shpongle and Solar Fields, both in my starred playlist on Spotify. Nice.

omo

i think it was O K

oh dang there is a band named the consumers that was going to be my next noise project

that's one of my favorite albums you have there

fool me once, shame on me
fool me twice, shame on me
you can fool me as many times as you want I won't do anything about it

>Any concerts soon you're stoked about?
james blake in september !

Haha I was just playing the latest The Field album when I started the thread. Plus to him, fever ray, and Crystal Castles. Would chill with / 10.

i wasn't a fan of the last opn album at all
it's sooo good, probably my favorite so far this year

I think it's my AOTY so far too. Pink Sun is one of his best songs yet. I didn't like the eponymous track very much, at least not the first half. But the second half of Reflecting Lights gives me feels.

just listen to it until you like it that's how opn works right

+Hecker, Hopkins
~another eternity
+The Roots
Have fun!
>james blake in september !
top jelly. I saw him after Overgrown came it and it was one of best concerts I've ever been to, no joke.
+Dylan, Beatles, Wilco, Harrison
Wilco was another one of the best shows I've ever been to

im seeing sleep in ten days and its gonna be lit. also primitive man and dragged into sunlight on july 4th. primitive man is probably my favorite band to see live so it will be ace plus a few fun hardcore shows maybe soon

couple recs:

the contortionist, ed askew

teebs, tribal tech

have you heard the david byrne & brian eno stuff? also kickball

little league, infester, narc

This describes 75% of my music taste haha. Fuck Buttons, Ben Frost, Hecker, Death Grips.

If you like Hecker and Hopkins but haven't heard Fuck Buttons yet you'll probably like them.

fdas

+Darkside
checking them out right now, thanks for the rec

lol, seems like it at this point
although i don't think i can stand another round of the anohni/opn album :(
>top jelly. I saw him after Overgrown came it and it was one of best concerts I've ever been to, no joke.
jealous, did he do 'to the last'? i hope he plays that track at my show ;__;
>tribal tech
wait what

+Shpongle
+Black Sabbath
++Let Love In
+Abbey Road
+Murder Ballads

No prob. I'd also look into Blanck Mass, especially if you liked Hecker's "Virgins." Songs like Sundowner and What You Know are incredible; I wouldn't be surprised if they inspired some of Hecker's songs like Prism or Amps, Drugs, Harmonium.

Death Grips for Cutie, Deafheaven
Nice Aretha and Ray Charles, senpai
+HTTT and Deftones
- Foo Fighters
Hope you're gf's better/getting better/not dying
Nice 5x5
Nice Autechre d00de
Loveless, Dylan, Beatles
+The Smiths, Kurt Vile,Wilco

The Who, famino
In Rainbows, MBV, New Order
- Drake, Green Day
SiguR, American Football, Kendrick and Aesop cock m9

+Bright Eyes, Perfume Genius, Wilco, OPN, Kurt Vile, BMSR

It was a mental breakdown, serious anxiety has been piling up for months and she just snapped. She's doing much better and is being put on proper medication.

fuck off PLEB

shut up homo

God that's rough man :/ I take stuff for anxiety myself. Glad she's doing well enough to get discharged.

>today
>homophobic

you're right, I'm sorry

i kinda want a whole song that sounds like the alarm clock collage at the beginning of Time

Who Has the Biggest Sound? was pretty mindblowing btw
boku you'd be into it i think

+ nin, dep, F+F was some of the only material out of that genre i could say i was into

Sunna
Shellshock
Won James Won's latest two

Best Enter Shikari album by far.

nah idk, i can never decide between them

Common Dreads was really good and A Flash Flood of Color had its moments but from that point they kinda just became " *wob wob wob* I DON'T LIKE THE OIL PRICES *dial-up modem + guitar chugs* THE SYSTEM NEEDS TO CHANGE."

I want more songs like Adieu and Mothership than Stalemate and Hello Tyrannosaurus

i haven't heard the david byrne and brian eno stuff but i have some on my computer, i dont know what kickball is either

I don't remember if he did To the Last. The best songs were Life Round Here and Measurements, surprisingly. There are some recordings of his live version of Measurements that blow the studio version out of the water, it's really incredible.
+Talking Heads, Florence, Kendrick, Ratking
Welcome to Sup Forums. Seriously tho I like everything on your chart except American Football.

>Huva Network
>CBL
>Solar Fields

My nigga. Have any similar artists?

I used to listen to a lot of psybient a few years ago and I'm just now going back to them
I can recommend anything in the Ultimae label, as well as the Distant System that is in my chart
If you want to go more to the trance side that Optic Eye album is right in the middle of psybient and psytrance... Children of The Bong and Mind-Flux fit here too
And then there's Younger Brother and Shpongle, which are way faster and not really ambient but very good
There's more stuff but it's not very hard to find
I need to pee bye

+e2-e4
i need to listen to more supersilent
+unnatural history, elseq, izlamaphobia, regis
you have good taste in electronic music. if you're still around i think you'd like the tuning circuits album i listened to this week
