ITT: Biggest disappointments of the year.

It's not that it's bad, it's just.. bland

Your existence

Yes that is really bad.
Also Bottomless Pit is not very good in my opinion.

fuck off The Colour in Anything is 8.5/10, best since his s/t

I was really hyped for this but it wasn't good at all

fuck off jew
it's still good

>bad taste
>denial
>rampant anti semitism
yup I'm in a Radiohead thread alright

You're quite a disappointment.

nah it really isn't
here comes the dedicated lediohead defense force

You've yet to explain why it's bad.

...

Didn't like it much...except daydreaming and true love waits.

Orlando, Florida

Let's be real, Death Grapes stopped being good with NLDW

/thread

I actually liked this

Now this, I was very disappointed in, I still go back for more listens though

This was truly terrible

Very likely

Hot opine: They were never good and have always been hipster party music.

i loved it but its ok if you don't, i only spread love

I love you

I think it's damn good, as do many others. Probably their 4th best, in my oponion.

But hey, your opinion is your opinion.

It can still be a disappointment even if you really liked it. I really liked this but lots of my friends were upset with it because they were hoping for something else. With 5 years of hype it was bound to disappoint, regardless of how good it was.

>how good it was
the catch: it wasn't good tho

Would you cunts stop being contrarian, it was good

it could have been better with a more colorful cover art desu

honestly, it was a solid 7/10, i was waiting for the last 10/10 from this guys before the end of radiohead

not even being contrarian, I just didn't like it

I expected more grooves from Radiohead. I still think it was a good album but it was lacking in grooves. it's not as 'fun' to listen to

>ctrl+f
>no views

>being hyped for views

Nah son.

of course i was hyped
we were all hyped
hence the huge disappointment to listen to future repeat "gon think i won a grammy" over and over like some wind-up retard

Decent. Better than CHz, which I see as a good sign.

This thread

>Radiohead
>fun

Pick one.

Anyone who gives this anything lower than 8/10 is just fishing for replies.

Every single song here is beautifully arranged and layered.

The new Teen Suicide album is incredibly front loaded. Literally every song after Alex is filler.

Fortunately I wasn't expecting much since I never was much of a Radiohead fan. But this album was really nice and enjoyable. Probably my favorite of theirs after Kid A

I respect that other might not like it, but objectively, it's a really good album.

The Orlando club scene

Thread's over, anons, pack up.

>objectively
here's exactly where you lost all credibility
boring, bland album that would be completely overlooked were it by anyone other than radiohead

...

...

Sit down. Listen to the album with some good headphones.

It's really anything but bland. Burn the Witch is a bit weak, but everything else is as layered and structured as other RH albums.

Again, I respect your opinion, but even critics that in the past have shown bias against Radiohead consider the album at least an 8/10.

...

this album is vanilla as fuck. it's not bad, but it's the safest, most bland thing they could have done. anyone throwing praise around for this, yet ignoring tkol is an enormous pleb

...

besides dark island shit etc i actually loved it, 8/10

...

it was good.

it was not good.

>new james blake
holy shit this. thanks for reminding me. it's a fucking joke!

Desert Island Disk?

I didn't like it at first, it was the one song on the album I'd always skip. Give it some time though, listen to it a bit more. I can't promise anything will change, but for me it went from "meh" to "surprisingly good". Nothing amazing, still the weakest track on the album, but definitely better.
