What is it about metal and it being related to Nazism, Odinism and Satanism so much?

They all attract misunderstood middle class white boys.

So does Hospin and Eminem though. Different middle class white boys albeit but middle class white boys none the less.

People listening to metal tend more to be the kind of people who like to provoke others by swimming the other direction. Satanism instead Christianity, Nazism instead Liberalism, living on a French farm instead of Capitalism.
Not saying there is anything wrong with that.

cause metalheads are pretty ignorant

Varg dindu nuffin, he a good boy

rock and roll is the devils music

David Bowie said so

Metal isn't about any of those things it's just sound, the artists have their own ideologies. OP's post is the same as relating punk to white nationalism because of RAC artists.

Metal is good as a vehicle for expressing family-related anger issues, and those issues have a high correlation with the ideals mentioned.

>those issues have a high correlation with the ideals mentioned.
For real? Got a source?

Except the Nazism part

Nope.

Pretty sure I heard Varg say that most of them weren't really satanists. They just used the satanist image to provoke society.

It was their way to rebel against their superficially perfect, politically correct nordic society. Their way of saying "things aren't as perfect as as you want me to believe they are".

I believe this applies to most metal scenes. The extreme imagery is used simply to rebel and shock.

>The extreme imagery is used simply to rebel and shock.
So it's literally teenage rebellion: the genre?

Thrashfags are all liberal though

I'm into traditionalism and black metal, and it's partially because I like black metal and partially because it's the only good national socialist/esoteric traditionalist music besides neofolk.

no, it's early 20s rebellion: the genre.

Ah, gotcha.

Here's your (((you)))

It's pretty much view from people out of their time with no desire to learn about new things. They got used to "nice music" and metal is loud. Loud = bad, Bad = things you mentioned.
