>5/10
shut the fuck up
>sounds good
as does this
if you listen to this without cracking a smile at least once don't bother replying
youtube.com/watch?v=mjHaJq1BTQ4

slowly decomposing
a bit translucent around the edges and what have you
did you just list that shit in order to feel like you made a worthwile post or should i actually listen to any of it
i've already written off the cosey fanni tutti one btw

...

sorry mang i'm already a huge Hella fan. I dig there's no 666 just as much as hold your horse is (which is on my chart)
can you rec a similar group?

Emotionless actions made to create human satisfaction in a normally inhumanely dissatisfied mind.

Fair enough. Order doesn't matter. Glamourcult is synth-pop with disco-ish guitar twangs and cold somewhat high-pitched man voice. Suzanne Vega is folky guitar qt numero uno.

Finally made a top 100. Not in any particular order.
Liquid Swords - GZA
Mother Sky - Morita Doji

nice trips
Melt-Banana are pretty good

I like you

glamourcult sounds hella nice
suzanne vega sounds like something i'd hate but at least it's not from like 2011 or some shit so i'll at least download it
cool cool

i have no idea what that first thing you said meant but yeah same

...

Cool.

Yeah, description isn't really on point. She's straight up 80's OG folk pop qt with jazzy vibes, not some girl trying to be a freaky freak folk freak.

No worries. Just nod and say "hmm".

We have pretty similar taste, I think you'd like Blue Scholars. Start with their debut album, it's the best I think.

hell yeah

>if you listen to this without cracking a smile at least once don't bother replying
i cracked a smile at your shitty taste you faglord
it's a good song

y-you too

how is my taste shitty you absolute crack fiend

i was joking now don't be hurt friendo :^)

your taste is objectively 5/10

tell me why
always fun to hear

p.s. i don't care and i won't get upset, for real. i've been here for too long. and i know that my taste is nothing special, it's just what i dig. aight

>tell me why
around the average of what i've given to the albums in your chart (out of the ones ive listened to), pretty simple t b h

>p.s. i don't care and i won't get upset, for real. i've been here for too long. and i know that my taste is nothing special, it's just what i dig. aight
im literally just memeing m9 im envious of your defined tastes

I just sort of threw a bunch of albums together

that is actually no fun at all
cmon man
i wanted some long ass pretentious ass bullshit explanation

didn't we all

>i wanted some long ass pretentious ass bullshit explanation
did you really take me as someone like that

that is what we do yo
welcome to the club bub
hope you enjoy your stay

Suzanne Vega – S/T
The Deviants – Ptooff!
Owen Pallett – Heartland
Suburban Lawns – S/T
Galaxie 500 – On Fire

hell yeah
everyone who does number ratings unprovoked is a jackass
and you've got some sketchy shit on your chart too

>everyone who does number ratings unprovoked is a jackass
that's why it shouldn't be taken seriously

>and you've got some sketchy shit on your chart too
such as

idk shit like
daft punk
gorguts
the worst beastie boys album
earth and electric wizarda
i don't know about r+7 but i've heard one album from the same guy and it was no fun at all
mbv sucks but that's just me
so does boards of canada
only things on your chart that i can really vibe with are mobb deep, refused, gza, coil, and talking heads. and the jazz i guess but that all sounds the same anyway

you can dislike them but does that make me someone who would do

>i wanted some long ass pretentious ass bullshit explanation

dont think my chart gives off an aura like that m7

not your chart at all
that shit's just music
but the "objective 5/10" really hyped me up
people who say shit like that usually have some insane stuff to follow it up with

Nigga, how shit can your taste be if you don't like BoC?

>people who say shit like that usually have some insane stuff to follow it up with
fair enough
for me it's just another layer of my memester ways

"nigga", was i fucking talking to you

hell yeah
i like your ways dude keep on keeping on

You don't need to sound so asshurt. I can understand opinion and why you don't like BoC, but it's weird how you can dislike MBV and BoC. Is it just that they're too slow, or something similar to that?

thanks for the recs

i'm not asshurt i just don't care about your opinion on some band that i've listened to like once three years ago

and i don't really ever actively "dislike" music, some things just don't interest me. like the entire genre (a bit generous to call it that eh) of shoegaze, all of it just sounds like nothing at all to me. i can't understand what people see in it.
same with BoC, their album covers look like what being cold and wet and wanting to go home feels like and i don't recall their music being any more pleasant

:^)

...

shit on me

why is calypso so boring
i thought i'd like it
but nah

Decent taste for a budding patrician, with some actual work you can have much better taste, but for now all you have is potential

You love RYM too much, but Blind Willie Johnson redeems you

It's just boring, but at least it's relatively unique

Calypso is only good when you're drugged out, other than that it's just okay. We have similar tastes though, So I'm gonna rec that you watch kaiba if you haven't.

>Calypso is only good when you're drugged out, other than that it's just okay. We have similar tastes though, So I'm gonna rec that you watch kaiba if you haven't.
I have watched Kaiba, thought about it today for the first time in a while coincidentally. Thanks for the rec though.

>Decent taste for a budding patrician, with some actual work you can have much better taste, but for now all you have is potential
if someone said this to me i'd throw myself off a fucking cliff

try to tone it down a bit

Interesting chart. Chill down a little, if you try to meme it. Please go all the way. This shit makes me unsure.

Tiger Trap – S/T
Yoga – Megafauna
Cecil Taylor – Conquistador
Bea Benjamin With Dollar Brand – African Songbird
Billy Bao – Urban Disease
Holy Letters – L

same t b h that was obnoxious as fuck

...

gentle thoughts
thinking of you

looking for you
looking for love
losing myself

youtube.com/watch?v=vDh_GyrMU4A

honestly, sorry, I'm really tired and wrote it too strong. What I mean is it's good taste, but not like that top level, been around the block a few times taste. It's good for not being obscure and the outlook is bright.

Love megafauna, will check out the rest of the recs. thanks.

have you watched mononoke?

you listen to cunninlynguists?

check out oneirology by them

new junk? Fuck yeah man.
POS in there... Capn jazz. Loma.

Lucy ford is pretty much my favorite rap alubum. Frances the mute is on there. Lots of aesop. I think we would get along great.

ilu bb

Heard burial for the first time this weekend
kindred is really nice. is there any other good "future garage"?
I'd rec but nobody seems to be asking for any

you gotta check out untrue if you haven't already

also listen to this:
youtube.com/watch?v=tQ4bok2GFpE

I hope I'm replying correctly lel. I am way more in love with atmosphere's earlier music. Its way more introspective and depressing, which i'm all about.

Ive heard untrue, its also cool, but i think i prefer kindred ep
