>early techno was comprised by a single label
Or even the most basic knowledge of the history of the music you are talking about. Its amazing to watch some times.
they were doing the huerco s. thing way before huerco s, and /bleep/ sucks his dick constantly. it's good and i like it.
In late 1993, mysterious records of mind bending repetitive and body bashing beauty and length when played with the proper amount of sound to push them. Plain sleeved records with mysterious graphics pressed in Detroit, but made in Germany by two guys from Berlin who liked faceless techno bollocks and took it to the nth degree in a variety of shapes all aimed towards face eating repetition and stretching the groove into a place that opened a rich and vast new territory in music for the dance floor and sound equally German as at was Midwestern with its fondness for large walls of sound and dancing in dark and dirty disused warehouses until the sun came up.
These records found a perfect home in midwestern rave culture. These records also gave birth to minimal. While Dan Bell was reducing sound to the basic blocks. Basic Channel presented a music that was all there and the music at first did not change and one part of the record more or less was like the other. The parts modulate and shift into a different shape. It was a holographic techno. A study to reach its most beautiful in branches like Quadrant and radiant and most eat your brain in Cyrus.
The love for dirty sand in the mixing board dub inevitably begin tearing the density apart and as a result. Basic Channel as a label closed, but not before laying the foundation for dub techno and a more holographic, more functional techno, exploring M and Main Street and laying the foundation for Chain Reaction.
These records are holy grail and the blueprint for a new form of techno made for the dj and for large amounts of sound to shake every part of the body with.
...

bzzzt, wrong!
an aluminum siding factory in rural germany becomes self-aware and longs quietly for companionship as its gears whirl in the rangy, purple night. outside, fields bow under light breezes and bats blot out the stars.
It's some joke album I found on bandcamp. It's still better than "Telepath, 2814, Virtual Dream Plaza, the list goes on!"

I like Mark E, Jeff Mills, Galcher Lustwerk, DJ Paypal, Juan Atkins, Basic Channel and Moodyman. That's about it.
35 years of music in a smorgasbord of different genres and styles ranging from dub techno to splittercore, cheesy electro house to well, equally cheesy neurofunk and you like 7?
thanks anons. i dig Forca bruta/been meaning to get into field mice
fucking yawn at these kind of statement to be honest.
okay the "techno" word have long lost its subversive connotation, and in a time where most techno parties are money making machines, it may do good to remind some that it wasn't always that way and that things can be done differently - but white and hedonistic? black and political? it was never both? where do you trace the line between kraftwerk (whom weren't very political, just like Juan Atkins - cosmic car etc) + the rest of european electro and post-punk electronics (more political) and Underground Resistance?
and more importantly, what do they expect to achieve by saying this?
post choons :P

i just feel bad for people like you
>and more importantly, what do they expect to achieve by saying this?
educating ignorant people?
Ok but can someone post more like it pls sounds like a rainy day
Most of the stuff I've heard is boring af, almost all house, deep house and techno stuff sounds the same to me, like I can't tell much difference between one deep house release and the other and similar.
I like AFX, of course, if he counts. Of course, there are some others, but I'm not into naming them, it's boring.
AWFUL taste
