The big question: who's better, Lil B or Gucci Mane?

The big question: who's better, Lil B or Gucci Mane?

hiphop is for faggots

OP is a faggot.

Lil B has good tracks, bad tracks, funny tracks, and tracks with great beats

Gucci Mane makes generic trap shit (yes, i know he pioneered/popularized the sound along with his producers) which is really meh besides a few tracks which are great

Lil B is better

Who told you that? It was supposed to be a secret!

I GOT ONE FELONY

ay bruh OP here i didn't say shit bruh lol

I can't listen to Lil B anymore. His music gave me clinical depression.

Gucci hands down and you know it

Gucci Mane

how?

OP here, am gay and love cock in my mouth
ps: i live in california w/ mom & dad

Well, I haven't listened to guccis entire discog like I have with lil B and honestly not sure I could.. He has some really good stuff but I just couldn't sit through 3000 tracks of basically the same trap style music. I have a lot of respect for both of their work ethic, it is incredibly inspiring. For me I just have a lot of fun listening to b, his shit is a lot more random and not serious, has a better overall message (hasn't gone to prison for stupid shit either and seems like a person who I could honestly just chill with), plus every now and then his samples always surprise me.. stuff from ps1 games, spirited away soundtrack, arcade fire, aphex twin, clams casino, mf doom... the list just goes on. plus his wardrobe and music videos are pretty fun to watch, he just seems like he's having fun with it all and not actuallly trying to live up to a particular lifestyle, instead just joking around and trying to bring everyone together with cool tunes. he does those university lectures which I think is pretty amazing for the crowds he brings together, he just has a very positive message that I think can inspire a lot of people. All gucci does it sit in his studio and get high/drunk and slur trap shit together. Most of his songs are all half-assed, slung together mix tapes with nothing but fucked out trap beats and lame rhymes. He'll have a club "hit" every now and then since he churns out so much garbage. Save your time and never go through all his music.

Lil B, definitely. Lil B was always more fun than Gucci and interacted with his fans a lot more, and he's much more versatile than Gucci and will rap over pretty much any beat. Based freestyles also take a lot of time to get into but once you can get into them you recognize it's a really unique take on traditional hip-hop ideas and Lil B interacts with his medium on a more meta level than really any other rapper.

Yeah I can definitely see that being the case. Every now and then I can bump a few tracks from one gucci's mixtapes before switching over to something else. As a white dude not living in the hood I find it really hard to relate to even if the songs do sound kinda cool. while a bunch of lil b's stuff is purely satirical and way over the top he has some amazing and really hilarious lyrics that are actually really well thought out, even though that might get lost on a casual listener of lil b. His stuff takes a minute to get into, and considering the sheer amount he's put out it's a little inaccessible/intimidating, but once you understand what he's doing it's just so amazing and kind of addicting haha. can't wait for Thugged out pissed off I feel like it's gonna be really sweet

bruh thugged out pissed off's been out for months now lol

that's like air vs water

I GOT TWO FELONIES
