yes

I dunno, post some good ones I'll listen to them and get back to you.

Who are some of your favorites?

Carpenter Brut and Perturbator mainly.
Haven't really dug into the genre further than that.
But I really love the fuck out of those two at least.

>Carpenter Brut
Mah nigga. Have you checked out Kavinsky? I know he gets lumped in with the real human beans, but he makes good music.

Thanks OP, thanks to this thread I checked if Perturbator maybe had a new album out and he does.

I smell miami vice, Beverly hills 90210, molly ringwald and some random soft colours. Strange how music works.

I have a taste for it

>Strange how music works
especially if you can smell it.

Just finished this and it´s fucking beast.
Different from his other stuff. Bit softer and more varied. Works pretty well

If you like the more atmospheric tone of that album and don't mind something less heavy, check this out

If dreamwave were as popular as synth was in the 80's this would be a platinum album.

If you like retrowave, synthwave and the like, you will like this

I'll give that a listen tonight.

I like Neon Indian and Trevor Something.

From the first song it sounds like shitty millenial EDM.

Check out

Droid bishop-running man
Vhs glitch (this guy is god tier)
Stellar dreams

Droid Bishop and VHS Glitch are cool.

>Trevor Something
His music makes me wish 'Moonbeam City' hadn't been so shitty.

it wasn't shitty, it just suffered from the whole "adult swim writing" thing.

Cause it did have some genuine references to 80s pop culture

Making references doesn't make something good. If that were the case Family Guy would be the best show ever. The writing just wasn't good. It was almost never funny. The only think it had going for it, besides the cast, was the Patrick Nagel-meets-80's-shopping-mall aesthetic.

Its mostly shit
If you say otherwise, you must be new to the genre.

I'm a complete newfag at the genre, I listened to HOME and I liked it a lot and was wondering what else sounds like Odyssey?

Post your music.

>being this much of a hipster doofus
If you said that about any genre of music to any group of music enthusiasts you would be laughed out of the room.
