Something rock or punk would be great

You do know most of the huge 90s rock artist are millionaires right?

Any Zappa album

>"I'm interested in the capitalistic way of life, and the reason I like it better than anything else I've seen so far is because competition produces results. Every socialistic type of government where the State theoretically owns everything, and everybody does their little part to help the State, inevitably produces bad art, it produces social inertia, it produces really unhappy people, and it is more repressive than any other kind of government."

pretty sure josh homme is a libertarian

all the beatles albums

>Every socialistic type of government where the State theoretically owns everything,
isn't socialism where workers own the means of production?

Is this the most conservative heavy metal song? I didn't expect to hear it from the band that wrote Agent Green

Taxman by The Beatles is a capitalist song I guess and it's on a great album

Capitalism doesn't make for good art.

no that's Communism

...

>being pro-capitalism/communism
fuck off radicals

Yep. No too surprising, Frank Zappa is a pseud who doesn't know what he's talking about half the time. Also was way ahead of the curve on cringey atheism.

Capitalist informed music would be bland, broad market appeal bullshit that reaches the largest paying audience possible.

Gives artists a reason to make art that's for sure

What are you in favor of then? If you are indifferent you are essentially pro-capitalism by default.

but Libertarianism (social freedom) does, and those two ideologies are closely related.

...

Yes, but outside of a few co-ops, I can't think of a single example of this actually being implemented. The revolution goes well, the means of production is seized, but the process always seems to stall out before full worker control and the withering away of the state is achieved.

there's no need to make pro-capitalist music because it's the status quo

>inevitably produces bad art
tell that to solzhenytsin, tarkovsky etc..

>actually good

if you think the USA is a capitalist country you're legitimately retarded

good bait

It's also not a democracy, right?

>assuming i'm american
wahey
alright what is it then

...

>tarkovsky
tarkovsky complained a lot about the ussr limits on his filmmaking

Capitalism is shit and there are basically no conservative artists with integrity/talent
back to Sup Forums

no it doesn't lmao

Josh Homme is godtier

>Capitalism is shit
why

>punk
>pro capitalism

I thought this album gave off anti-Capitalistic vibes, but I never looked too closely at the lyrics

haha oingo boingo! XD what a silly name :P
the music is so random and goofy just like ME!!! ^_^ :3
*raises spork*

back to /lefty-pol/, pinko

that's the joke

Oh...

>have high ranking military dad
>make avante grade noise trash to distract kids and promote pseudo intellectual in club elitism

well technically no it's not, it's democratic republic

>social freedom and capitalism being anything other than opposed to each other

l m a o

Yeah, i.e. the government.

>not posting the full image

baka senpai

...

how so

fedora-tipping faggot

You think you can have wealth distribution without bureaucracy?

>muh nudity
>muh god
>muh anatomy
>muh golden ratio
davinci was a fucking hack

I believe in a regulated free market with clear rules and authority.

wealth distribution is a necessary byproduct of capitalist hierachies

t.blue-pill

>Socialism Induced Death Syndrome
lmao

>regulated
>clear rules
>authority
>free
One of those words is not like the others.

no, it's a "stop making the highest tax bracket like 90% song, which is still kind of gay but whatever

>

Is this b8?

You know in a capitalist country you're allowed to get a better job, right?

I'm not talking about the muh "free market" libertarians rave about, I'm talking about a regulated market with clear rules that's otherwise free. Again, fuck off radical.

no you baka faggot, YOU didn't post the full image

So does this confirm meme magic is real?

According to Harvard it's an oligarchy

There's a David Bowie interview where he said he sees nothing wrong with an artist getting rich off their art and that the idea of a poor artist is idiotic. Admittedly I don't have a link, it's in Bowie on Bowie iirc.

Billy Corgan is about as right-wing as they come, but then again I think Smashing Pumpkins suck

>I think Smashing Pumpkins suck

my favorite thing in the world is alt-right kiddos listening to vaporwave and being so oblivious
if you want music that's pro-capitalism listen to the top 50.

>he's a socialist
>he's a communist
>he's a fascist
>he's an anarchist

but vaporwave is ironically capitalist

>what is pop punk

In fact any pop music is inherently capitalist
Also EDM

>Billy Corgan is about as right-wing as they come
>mfw

The lead singer from eagles of death metal is full on trump supporter so idk

>pro capitalism
>punk

Choose one.

This song is ironic. The band was self-proclaimed socialists.

>posts image of artwork that was completed hundreds of years before captialism was invented

So...pop music?

>captialism was invented
Ignoring the hilarity of this statement, the manorial system of feudalism died along with a third of the population with the Black Death.

Punk officially died when the leftist faggots took over.

so you're saying that basically all art that was ever created is bad? that's bold (read: retarded)

No, socialism has the state own the means of production; communism has the working class own it instead

...that's what i said.

meant to reply to the other comments that were agreeing with him

sorry m8

If so, then punk was still-born.

Nice one.
