it is the sexiest synth sound in the world but I have no idea how to make it for some reason
Opening chord of Let's Go Crazy by Prince. Holy shit
for some reason that song reminds me of the inevitability of death and the dread of eternity
ever since i was really young i remember that feeling
Opening of Everything in its Right Place by Radiohead
Hahahahahha what the fuck for some reason I've never heard this song so just reading your comment then pressing play, I'm fucking dying. Also, for some reason I agree with you, why is this song so sad
something about the synth chords and singing sound defeated and regretful
chrome country: its a layered synth. sounds like 2 saws and a sine sub.
sick times: similar, but this one has a square sub.
for both, detune the saw waves a bit/use unison(4 voices should be good), and run into a nice retro sounding reverb, and if you want the boc sound, some overdrive. eq to taste.
I feel you bro. I also get that feeling from this song
Funkadelic - Not Just Knee Deep
The synth that comes at the end of Machine Gun by Portishead
99% chance it's just a slightly edited preset tbqh.
Gbmaj7/9 on a Wurlitzer electric piano with heavy phaser and spring reverb. Bliss
Pad tones are da best.
