Aliz%C3%A9e is gorgeous
Not him, but I'm 27 and only found out about Alizée when I was 18 or 20 because the douchebag who introduced me to Sup Forums wanted to show me a pop star he thought was "hot". If not for him, I doubt I would've ever known about her (or wasted so much time on this site...) because I don't think she's particularly relevant outside of France... or at least she has no real significance in the US
Bentley Richardson
Germany also has Krautrock
Sebastian Moore
As much as I love Can, I think you'd just embarrass them if you argued that they were better than JS Bach or Beethoven

Australia - electro swing

He might not, but can I try? Hip-hop is very much based around the lyrics, that is to say, that critics will praise "flow", or "wordplay", rather than things that I personally tend to appreciate in music such as dynamics, energy, honesty, and clever composition. That's not to say it's completely devoid of all artistic merit, after all, I've heard some compare it to poetry, which is an apt comparison(most of the time). But I'm into music. Not poetry.

fuck you, and speak for yourself. Rap is not our most redeemable genre. ESPECIALLY in 2016. Maybe in the 90's i might have given that to you, but right now? Fuck no
Nathaniel Bailey
France can do better music than that. with better sound to begin with
Alexander Cooper
so is this what genre is best in what country or what country is best in what genre?
