for both of you:
Flotation Toy Warning - Bluffers Guide to the Flight Deck

Are you into Tom Waits outside of Closing Time? I really liked that album, but its not similar to anything else I listen to, don't know where to go next

Shahmen/Shabazz/Man Bites Dog/Other experimental hip hop youve probably heard already.

Infact now that I see Beauty and the Beat I realize you might be the person that recommended all those to me lol

2pleb2rec

im a pleb so youve all prob listened to everything id suggest

Last time I'll post this chart before revising

St. Vincent - Actor
Panda Bear - Person Pitch
La Femme - Psycho Tropical Berlin

Zoroaster - Matador
Ariel Pink - pom pom
Jeff Rosenstock - We Cool?

Have you given Krautrock a try?
If not try
CAN - Future Days
Faust - Faust IV or s/t
Amon Duul II - Yet
NEU - s/t

Thanks man I've been meaning to listen to Can eventually

>St. Vincent - Actor
>Panda Bear - Person Pitch
>La Femme - Psycho Tropical Berlin
Heard two out of three of these, thanks though

im shit at reccs

Shit man based on your tastes I'd say you need to listen to them right now.

Put on some headphones or nice system and just listen to the holy Can trilogy consisting of their peak era of Tago Mago > Ege Bamyasi > Future Days. That order is the way to go if you want to jump in but Future Days is the most accessible and not as dark-experimental if thats appealing

i'm too tired to even funpost
sorry

>Are you into Tom Waits outside of Closing Time? I really liked that album, but its not similar to anything else I listen to, don't know where to go next
Not him but The Heart of Saturday Night is extremely similar to Closing Time, only a tad better in my opinion. The rest of his 70s stuff also has that feel to it. I would start with that if you're looking for similar Tom Waits albums.

If you're looking for Tom Waits albums that sound nothing like his barfly-lounge-jazz style I've got you covered there too.

Fleet Foxes - Helplessness Blues
Arcade Fire - The Suburbs
The Microphones - The Glow pt 2
Swans - To Be Kind
(the last two are obvious Sup Forumscore but still)
Andrew Jackson Jihad(AJJ) - Can't Maintain
Neutral Milk Hotel - On Avery Island
Smashing Pumpkins - Gish (no really)
Neil Young - After the Gold Rush

i've listened to all of those.

Yeah theyre all pretty well known, I tried

As a 5'10 Asian Man who sucks himself into the whole of his being as he urinates in to (erowid, postscript, of benzodryl) a dirty urinal to bring himself away from the hate of the evil orange vixens who have so forsaken him from the whole of the law such that THAT is no longer a psalm but a crucible, there is never time such that where one cannot, in essence, implicate some kind of other substance further away from the substrate of the minds inner third eye backpack vegans skateboards etcetera. Take of it what you will, but shitting my shit at the almond stand towards a skate in the my sucky ibarra modal modulate in the neo-panglomerate that I call myself you could perhaps reason that in due part of me and in no due part to my late payments of dues which would have a profound ability to pay my dues in such an epistemic fashion in which this discussion is pertinent, perhaps even paleolithic to, you might be able to ascertain that in even in the most extreme cases of Bruno Burger burger.com is even possible to no extricate the finer essences of the psychonatilusm (lust, torpor, and the spine of the scapula. What would predicate such an arrangement?). Even so, I can so rightly decide, in my refined old age, that perhaps....(at this time it would be wise to take a long, measured pause and witness a large, burly, as the say in spanish perhaps, even, a MoReNO, man, appear and mayate maize droplets from the ilk of his biceps as he approaches you in a ritual courting of the "fisticuffs" and decides to leave you mealymouthed too full of cotton to really decide to better yourself) and oh god....I've (as another vague B section to the primary musical motivic statements I've decided to add this following harmonic sequence: WRISTCEL BALDCEL CAROCEL). Some things are existents, and some things, such as booze and posting complex technical manuals on erowid, cannot be sipped as casually as trips named, dearlyfully, JULIE, smells the fear and when you scary. Why You?

you fuckin' scare me don't respond to me or talk to me ever again

What I don't like about Chart Threads is how every time I post my Top 100 chart, people shit on me for not including Sup Forumscore. I listen to Sup Forumscore I just don't like including it in my Chart because it takes so much space. I want to introduce you guys to 100 musicians that have been active in the 2000's.

I don't want to include a bunch of stuff everyone has heard hundreds of times.

nice projection
post it again faggot

you could just post your chart instead of bitching
