>Madonna
>#5
Stopped reading here

>No AnCo
Dropped hard

Now that's what I call: Fucking embarassing

where are you getting this from?

...

Probably Rolling Stone.

>LL Cool J and Maroon 5 in front of Miles Davis

I was really obsessed with Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Albums of All Time and 500 Greatest Songs of All Time, so I decided to make a similar list dedicated to artists.

>Nirvana and Madonna
>In the top 10
This is probably a troll or meant to be most influential.

This

2/10 desu senpai

I honestly expected Radiohead to be higher

also WHY THE FUCK IS TRAIN AHEAD OF THE WHO

>radiohead in the 300s
>NO NEUTRAL MILK HOTEL, SWANS, OR AnCo
SHIT LIST

Stone's list was better

>350. The Velvet Underground

Death Grips is at 202 though

The memes have had some success

>498. Black Sabbath
probably the most inaccurate especially considering their new EP

this made my toenails curl

You need to think about moving out of home and getting a job (at rolling stone)

>ACDC in the top 20
>All that dadrock in the top 50
>Weezer on the list at fucking all, let alone the top 100
>Still has shit like Bjork, TNO there

It's like they asked a music critic and a 12 year old to make their lists and then mashed them together to make one big pile of crap.

I didn't see Raphael, Celia Cruz
Daft punk and New Order above Depeche Mode
Where's Skinny Puppy?

>Solo Ringo Starr is better than The Velvet Underground
>Mungo Jerry with that one hit song beat the pixies by two slots.
>Weird Al even being on the list
>Justin Timberlake is better than Leonard Cohen
>Tenacious D even being on the list
>Madonna in top 10

WEW

>Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, Hole
>No Foo Fighters

This list hasn't been assembled in order of quality. The four individual Beatles are right next to each other and Ramones, The Clash and Sex Pistols are as well, plus Eminem, Dre and Run-DMC

I just compiled them randomly for the most part. All of the entries considered the best are by a majority and not by my personal opinions. I wasn't critical and didn't know where to appropriately rank them. Most of the artists I included are from both Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Albums and 500 Greatest Songs of All Time which includes the revised versions.

>Justin Timberlake is better than Leonard Cohen
can't stop laughing

Well you fucked up.

This list is laughably bad.

>201. Mumford and Sons
>202. Death Grips
Where is your god now?

>5. Madonna

What?

>D'Angelo
>Primal Scream higher than Depeche Mode, Fuck it. Depeche Mode should be between the top 25
>"Weird Al" that low
>Adele above Kraftwerk
>NIN that low

>didn't know where to appropriately rank them
Then why did you even make the list?

This is the worst list, if you didn't know where to put each artist why even make it?

I enjoy making 500 lists relating to pop culture.

...

HOW THE FUCK ARE MUMFORD AND HOMOS AHEAD OF RADIOHEAD??????

I WONT TAKE THIS SHIT REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

>Madonna is better than Bob Dylan
>AC/DC is better than Jimi Hendrix
>Nirvana is better than Elvis Presley
>Velvet Underground is #350
>Korn is better than Pixies

I'm fucking done.

There's so much wrong with this list and you managed to only list the few things it's done correctly.

you are wrong

rollingstone.com/music/lists/100-greatest-artists-of-all-time-19691231
Rolling Stone's lists suck, but OP's list is another level.

>1. The Beatles

>All of the entries considered the best are by a majority and not by my personal opinions.
>Mumford & Sons
>Maroon 5

Oh damn, got me good son! I don't think I'll even recover from that sick burn!

Prince and The Beach Boys are the only two that warrant their position in the top ten.

AC/DC above Ray, Stevie, the Doors, Otis, Bruce, Bob Dylan? You're fucking me, right?

Bowie only at #44? This list is killing me.

Joy Division and New Order right next to each other? Cheeky...

>The Who
>Radiohead
>The Velvet Underground
>all that low
also
>all four Beatles right in a row

Most triggering of all,
>406 artists better than The Smiths
including Oasis, Coldplay, Thin Lizzy, Azezlia Banks, Joan Jett, Aerosmith, Train, Ed fucking Sheeran, Lil Kim, AC/DC, and the Stones. No AnCo or NMH either.

Either a really committed troll or a complete retard.

Wtf I love the Beatles now

>Nirvana #9
>Only performed as a band for 4-5 Years
>Kurt was often high while performing
>Lacking vocals and guitar in the 93-94
W E W L A D

E

W

L

A

D

Kill yourself, cringey faggot

>The Velvet Underground not at #1
Guess whoever made this list was too busy suckin on a ding dong
Also where's Young Thug
Why is it all old rock and pop

>Bob Dylan not in the top ten (or even top 20)
into the trash it goes

>53
>54
>55
>56
>57
All in a row, huh?

...

HE'S BACK

>The Buggles listed
I'll fuck with it

What a waste of fucking time. You might as well copied and pasted half of Rolling Stone.

>2. The Rolling Stones
Literally stopped reading right there.

Kys nigger

>Desiigner not #1
get a load of these geezers
