Is Revolver their best album?
Is Revolver their best album?
Yes
Yes.
Or the Magical Mystery Tour.
>Or the Magical Mystery Tour.
is revolver more psychedelic than MMT?
I prefer Rubber Soul
That's their most boringest psych release next to Yellow Submarine
everybody seems to think im lazy
i dont mind i think theyre crazy
running everywhere at such a speed
til they find
theres no need!
yea it's the only Beatles record that isn't overrated t b h
that'd have to be pic related
revolver is a 9/10 tho
why do you prefer their straight pop rock stuff over the psych stuff??
...
I honestly feel im only sleeping is sonically more interesting than a day in the life
because they inspired a generation with their pop rock. Had they of emerged on the scene in 1967 they wouldve been nothing
there were tons of bands who sounded identical to them during that time... its when they took drugs their music became more interesting and brought out the best in them
Either Revolver, Rubber Soul, Sgt Pepper, Magical Mystery Tour, or The White Album.
>Only 1 person mentioning Sgt. Pepper (halfheartedly at that)
I know we do the whole contrarian thing on here, but come on. It;s best overall not just for it's melodic merits, but also its technical ones.
sgt pepper is only shadows the strangths on revolver
I think a lot of people just are tired of the "greatest album of all time" hype around it, which is unfortunate because it's probably their most ground breaking and innovative. It's hard for me to choose a specific favorite of theirs from their later period though, hence me listing most of them.
its not really innovative because revolver did it first and better
no one of the early ones...beatles a shit.
THE FACT THAT
Dubs confirm, I'm Only Sleeping is the best Beatles song
No homo but Paul McCartney during the recording of The White Album is probably the hottest guy of all time
Literally who
Revolver has For No One though
Rubber Soul will forever be my favorite
>the best and the worst
The White Album.
>most innovative
Revolver.
>most important
Sgt Peppers.
