No way, the best is Nightdolls With Hairsray.
Spotify is for fags
No, but "haunt me x3" is the best lo-fi track of all time so I can see where you might have become confused.

I actually just finished listening to it. It's obvious this is the work of a genius and I whole heartedly mean this. There's just so many ideas that aaron plays with that make this album so good.
I think my only gripes with it is that it's so long. It's not a bad album by any stretch but to have a more concentrated, yet still diverse album like this from him would be exceptional.
My vote goes for my album

Montie, as much as I love you, you can do better. Still, not bad for just you, a phone, and a piano.
I have recorded professionally before. Expect better bb
better idea: feature the 12-track recorder on guitar and make the guitarist eat nothing but a small bowl of soy beans in a barrel for a month while you record
So TMR style?
'lonely boy' is a really cool track
Don't even try to tell me that's his best release
Not even their best release
No way, you're gonna make Beefheart look like Gandhi when you're through with this.
all his shit is goat so any album i posted wouldve gotten the message across
His Goner EP's my favorite, followed by New Alhambra. I find him to be hit or miss, sometimes you really just get the sense that he's putting nothing into his work, other times his deadpan delivery and sullen, hopeless atmosphere comes off as more labored and from a place of real honesty. I couldn't stand Disgraceland
he's gotten better the happier he's got i'd say.
this is better
In a sense I agree, because parts of New Alhambra focused on more of a duality of emotion than purely sadsack sulking, which I definitely preferred in concept. I just really liked the dark humor of Goner, probably because it created a duality of emotion in me. Jesus Rots In His Grave is one of his best songs
best album for sad feels
