Don't see whats so great about her annoying voice
maybe this? I haven't listened to it yet, but it's harp driven folk music.
CoCoRosie
Try Timbre.
Joanna took a classical upbringing and leaned hard into her folk influences; Timbre is like the reverse.

Also not a bad rec
I have a friend that goes by the name
"Low Leaf" from the LA area. You can find some of her older stuff on bandcamp and Soundcloud. She's really on to something and she's a singer-Harpist. I would say her voice is more bjork-esqe though.
She has an album slated for later this year and i wouldn't be surprised if it got some acclaim. From what I've heard, it's God-tier
>Newsome
>Thicc

Fuck, why is this so good.
You're right, it's like the Bjork-Newsom collab I always wanted but never thought to look for. Thanks m8
her voice sucks. why would you want that?
OP here. i was looking for something with similar musical arrangements and/or with the harp as a crucial element, not necessarily someone with a similar voice
i will check out these recs, thanks guys
music from a kids cartoon
Natalia O'Shea plays the harp. Doesn't sing similarly though. Also her music is kind of folky. Listen to Melnitsa, Hellewes, and Clann Lir. Though her more recent stuff doesn't really have as much harp I don't think.
she's so pure yet so sexual
harp scene when
>singers similar
Jessica Pratt came out that same year on that same label making Drag City the official home of Muppet-core
I haven't seen Mikaela Davis mentioned yet...
