Fantastic production (as in instrumentals/beats), Beyonce's singing is at her all-time best and most passionate (and she has actually always been a great singer, it just feels like she's finally really utilizing it artistically here).

Though I might just have that opinion because I was in college at a school full of hipsters and ended up paying more attention to new releases as a result.
