ITT: post images you think would make good album covers
You can guess the genre but hardly anybody does that in these threads so thats optional
If its a pic you took you can also tell the backstory if you want

am i the only one who doesn't want to post in vain and stupid hope of one day putting out an EP or something? (i can play 3 shitty chords on a guitar) :(
Emo or Drone. Nice photo if you took it.
eno-style "another green world's" ambient songs
If I ever put out an album, this will be the cover. I'm almost sure of it
god damn that's good
snapped this waiting for the third or fourth train of the night, wandering the subways at 3 am, trying to get home from a party in Brooklyn
this guy was with his friends but I got a cool angle

Thanksss
No sorry I like it too much. It's one of my best pictures
...

pic i took of the duga-3 array in chernobyl
i like these
guy on the left looks vaguely Gorillaz-esque
>post your pictures so i can steal them and use them for myself

Thanks, I did take the photo. When there was that huge snowstorm in NY last year and they didnt allow any cars on the roads I bundled up, put on a playlist of Yes and King Crimson and went out onto the highway near my house. Listening to "epitaph" while isolated in the dark snowy highway was a memory that will stick with me for a while.
Here's another pic of the entrance of said highway, (though obviously not from the same time) I think it'd make a good cover.
Agree with though, the noise in the pic is horrendous. Though I guess it could arguably add to it, one could argue
You could always prove the pic is yours by cropping the one you post here and keeping the uncropped version.
Gonna post more of my own stuff as the threads dyin right now anyhow
This is just a pic that I took back when I was marathoning NGE for the first time. I got back from taking a piss and thought it looked cool
This one is cheesy and tryhard but I like it nonetheless
Final one
This pic I took the other day at 7am

Took this a couple months ago at 5 AM in Brooklyn. Eating hamburgers on the train steps with a couple of Aussie dudes.
if someday i decide to publish an album, it will have this cover, and it will be entirely avant-garde (with any other subgenre)
Would make a great industrial/post punk cover
the b-sides ep will have this one
this pic gets reposted a lot and I'd love to know where it comes from/who made it
have you seen this ?
I think you would enjoy this music video. youtube.com
Very nice.
Nope, but I like it. Very similar!

Is all of that noise from the radiation or do I have no idea what I'm talking about?
...
Holy shit, these are great. When did you take them?
...
Took this in my backyard last night. Beautiful sunset
lol
You have a strange backyard
probably just grain from the under exposure. film gets shimmery/grainy instead of blocky/niosy like digital when it's underexposed
...
took them in january earlier this year.
It's grainy cause it's a shitty £5 disposable camera from asda. Radiation levels are still way too low to have any effect on the film.
ah okay
thanks senpai
got some less grainy ones taken with a digital camera too but obviously they're not as aesthetic
post rock, emo, ambient, sadcore
Experimental/psychedelic rock, some happy trip hop
Post punk, industrial, which house
21st cent emo, hip hop with those soft piano hook/samples
Prog, metal
Ambient, future garage
Slow core, indie rock, maybe post rock ish
Well that was supposed to be cropped
I really fucking love arnold

these are all really nice goddamn
