It's fine, just make sure it's a reasonably reputable source. Some places like Kraft Music can do full inspections and setups for you, which should all but guarantee you'll get something in good shape, and Sweetwater has their guitar gallery that lets you see the specific one you're buying.

Take one phrase and develop it, because right now it just sounds all over the place, and you need to add more hammer ons, slides, bends, etc to embellish what you do have. You can make a lot more expressive things when you do so.
There was a bend I believe near the beginning that was way out of tune, or maybe you hit a note out of the key.

My advice would be to concentrate on your breathing (stay with me on this)
So basically when you are improvising you want to have phrases that start and end, some form of rests to break up monotony.
So every time you start breathing in, start a phrase, by the time you have to exale stop your phrase and repeat.
