hohoho this is a message informing you the most awaited 9 string has arrived

Don't you get tired?

Pretty excited for it to arrive

in all honesty if I got tired from simply posting an image on a javanese card trading bbs, I wouldnt even bother playing guitar

Playing guitar isn't quite as futile

enjoy being frustrated at the tone knob, it's a nice amp otherwise. Also the volume isn't quite exactly a master volume and is a bit tied to the gain knob, so you can't exactly get a clean sound as loud as a fully distorted sound, which for a solid state amp is a bit weird.

7th for SQUIER

Rate my shit

other gear:

Fender Quad Reverb
Boss Blues Driver
Boss TU-3 tuner
Boss Super Chorus
Marshall Guv'nor plus
Electro-Harmonix LPB-1 Boost
Fender competition series delay

Yeah I've heard it has those issues. I'm not too bothered by the volume though as I'm probably primarily gonna hear it through headphones seeing as I'm living in a small house with others for college next year

Postin' so one of yall get triggered like usual.

>Music Man amp
Fuckin' mint

Also are you one of the guitarists/Ghouls for Ghost with that guitar?

They're decent practice amps if you want something for higher gain stuff.

Top

Heard they're decent. I can probably buy this bad boy in about 10 days

Interesting design, looks like a Tele mixed with a CarvinéKiesel Fatboy. Pree cool

No I'm not but damn would I want to be one.
Also just to clarify, I became a fan of the RD before I knew about Ghost, I didn't buy it just because I like the band

>which for a solid state amp is a bit weird
They're hybrid. There'a 12AX7 tube in the preamp. Power amp is solid state.

C'mon rickfags don't be shy

Show me what you got

Never thought about it that way, I can see the body a bit there haha.

Nah I didn't think you'd have bought it for that reason haha. They're pretty cool designs. Don't see them often enough desu.

Autism never rests.

Ricks is for dicks

>rickfags
>more like richfags

gorgeous guitars, i'd have one if I could afford it

I meant solid state poweramp, sorry.

When you crank the volume and it has a tube preamp, it will distort. That's intentional.

I hate you.

Yeah. This RD is the 2007 guitar of the week reissue model, only 400 were made.
Pretty sure mine is the only silverburst RD in my country. The seller said he had only seen two RD's here, and both were his.
Pretty rare guitars

no it works the other way around actually, when you crank up the gain knob, volume increases, but when you raise the volume knob, the gain doesn't change. Which is the exact reason I find this weird.

I've been thinking about trading my jaguar for a 360 for my jangle/skronk guitar. The jaguar I have is really rare though so I feel like I might regret it..

What would you guys do?

pic related is what I would be getting.

rate me, fambo

Is this the Nitro painted Mexican model?

What music do I play Sup Forums?

>Bugera
Get that dildo out of your ass and get a proper amp.

my other one.

>Hasn't owned a Bugera amp
They're actually pretty good. But what would you suggest getting? I'm currently looking towards an old Fender.

No it's a 62 reissue thinskin model from 2007. Supposedly only 50 were made in each color.

Your rig is actually pretty fucking solid minus the Bugera.

Depends what you want, if you want a similar but better version of the Bugera get a Peavey 5150 or JSX.

What's a nice flanger or chorus for post punk?

Some faggot hipster indie pop garbage

What kind of music are you planning on making?

my guitar

its very versatile and its price doubled from when i bought it

Not even remotely close.

Das it mane

these guitars look like plastic toys

too overpriced

Ah, so it's an AV62, yeah I wouldn't swap that particular one for a 360, but that's my personal taste/opinion.

...

How do I into bass lines? Everything I do is either random wankery or just playing root notes and 5ths. I'm trying to come up with bass lines for backing tracks and it's just not working.

r8 my pedalboard
EHX Holy Stain
ProCo Turbo Rat
Akai Head Rush II
Joyo Tremolo
Boss CS-3
MI Audio Pollyanna Octave

I'm thinking of selling the Holy Stain and Tremolo to get a better reverb pedal. I'm gonna try focus my rig into a heavier, noisier sounding one.

Best Fender incoming.

But not the ones you're used to seeing in your Mom's top drawer right?

>better reverb pedal
digitech makes good pedals

I guess I want an amp that can cover most genres, especially metal and noise/noise rock

I've pulled the trigger on a maruszczyk bass that I was talking about here a few times already. P Bass with an additional MM Humbucker/stingray sound. Apparently build time isn't that long so that's cool for a custom instrument.

hi
i desire to learn an instrument and my choice has fallen on the guitar
for obvious reasons i'll be getting an electric one over an acoustic one, but this comes with a few questions
my plan was to connect the guitar to my pc and play rockband or something for some starter practice as i know this is quite possible
now the question is, will a simple 6.3mm mono to 3.5mm stereo adapter / cable do the trick or is there something i need to look out for?
i might be getting a cheap amp too, i guess in that case the question is futile as i could just hook up the guitar to the amp and the amp to the sound card but the amp isn't guaranteed so i'd rather make sure

please tell me your secrets

t. pleb

I had a look at a demo vid of the Polara and I'm not really big on how bright it sounds. Got any recommendations for a darker sounding one?

It must also be an amp with a really nice clean tone

Is the Nux Time Core a clone of the TC Flashback?

6505 is always a safe bet for that type of music

Any Fender with the right pedal than or a 5150.

got a new distortion pedal, the mxr distortion 3

and holy moly does it sound good, its turned my bass into a doom machine

Buy a Second hand Squier and Marshall MG series amp for no more than $300, start with chords (C, G, D, E, A and power) and practise everyday for around 20 - 30 minutes. Once you feel comfortable find some pop songs that use said chords and learn to play them. Over time increase the amount you practise from half an hour once a day to half an hour a couple of times a day. Then learn how to do what you want to do. Enjoy!

i live in my own apartment, basement dweller

maybe the supernatural one?

I think the 'liveliness' knob is a tone control on these pedals btw

That's nice of you to take in your Mother to your own home then, also this country is devoid of basements, so, no.

Idk you tell me

Your bass is fucking awesome. How do those rickenbackers sound in general?

Thanks, dudes. I'll keep note.

>How do those rickenbackers sound in general?
audible

my mother is dead, you fucktard.

do you even think about the consequences before posting?

just picked this bad boy up.

Running the valveking head through my marshall 2x12 as a cab. Sounds great. Just need to get a screamer and a delay. Maybe a compressor too. Been playing for over a decade and finally got my first tube amp. Took fucking long enough.

Anyone know about Boo pedals? they have a screamer that has insanely good reviews and is about £60 with shipping included. worth a purchase?

Oh boy, that one looks like the one for me.

On another note, how great is the dude from ProGuitarShopDemos?

post clyp

damn those cyclones look really dope
and i love those old musicman amps

that thing looks loud

have you considered the RV-7?

really good, incredibly in your face and direct, theyre like buzzsaws

Did you even consider that your putrefied Mother can't fight your battles for you anymore?
So get a real excuse, pussy.

You must guess what I play with my meme machines but.

yeah thats why IAM telling you.

i live my own life.

get a grip

it is. it's very very loud. I love it

j-pop

Thanks mang nice HH Strat I've been wanting the sonic blue one for a while and swapping out the pickups for an HSH Dimarzio set and a tort guard

soundcloud.com/schismrecords/gutrot

Yessir.

it's really nice, i think you can get one for really cheap if you're american too
i kind of wanted the maple fretboard one though

post clyps not soundcloud shit
there are threads for that

Elaborate? I don't usually post.

getting a peavey bandit 112 this weekend, walked into guiter center a few weeks ago and said " they wouldn't have that amp Sup Forums rec'd me to try out" and they had it for $125, put that shit on lay away and picking it up in a few days now. No more spending buckets on pedals to make my spider i'v 15w sound large :3

Where are you from? I might pick one up with a maple board for $350 maybe we can trade, I always liked the Blue/Rosewood combo

Rivers strats actually a warmoth custom ordered

Yea but it's way cheaper now just to do it with a Mexican Strat although the 12" radius fretboard would've been a bonus

Same as me?

Anyone else have a Fagelectro?

I really dislike the chrome humbuckers. I like HH Strats but for aesthetics think they should be uncovered

PS. Do you guys like my parents' tangerine paint?

Do amps count?

You play Stoner, Doom, Black & Death metal?

Only if it has tubes
Does it have tubes?

>You play Stoner, Doom, Black & Death metal?
ya doing it wrong

Yup

>that revolting middle pickup

Wtf are you doing

Names of all pedals please? (Recognise the big muff tho)

>Learn A, D and E, easy because you can anchor between them
>Learn Am, Dm and Em, harder because you throw that anchor out the window, but not too hard
>Go to learn G and A, too hard to switch between these and other chords
I just need more practice, but the idea of anchoring lured me in and now I'm starting to struggle.

its a strat pick up

this guitar actually is a crossover between a tele and a strat

>strat
>versatile
Sure love that thin single coil sound!

they go for like $350 or less used

pisspooristan

By your logic, it seems that you have a contender for that guitar,
