Diablo 1.
I like Tali and Suicide MIssion from the Mass Effect 2 soundtrack. Also M4 Part 2 is nice.
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory
Beyond Good & Evil
The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind
Rayman Origins
The Mass Effect OST reminds me a lot of some Berlin school electronic musicians such as Tangerine Dream or Ash Ra Tempel. Now I really want to replay them all again, thanks user
The Legend of Zelda anniversary CD that came with skyward sword is the only cd I own. I play it in my car when there's nothing on the radio or my phone is dead. I saw the symphony in san jose last year, it was completely sold out and a fun time.

Life Is Strange
It's licensed for the most part but the original work is also pretty great
I really love editing my photos to it

I don't understand how something like this could have such a great soundtrack.

These guys also managed to make some majestic soundtrack for their game. Better than civ soundtrack.

Halo 2. Period.
Fucking Marty O'Donell and Michael Slavattori working together with Steve Vai, and don't forget Incubus putting four songs in, it had to go down as one of my favourite albums of all time
F Zero X soundtrack is better than anything that Metallica, Maiden or Slayer have ever done.

Also TES IV and V soundtracks for ambience
Also no-one plugged Baba Yetu?

Rayman Gold
Was thinking of Impend when I saw this thread, cool to see other people in here talking about the H2ost still. When this track gets going while playing as arbiter you know he's out for blood but it still fits the stealthy vibe of the level.
forgot song link
i really like persona 3 and 4's soundtrack.
that new gen and 2i famfam
T H I S
even if the game is better without it
NeoTokyo OST. You're doing a disservice to yourself if you like futuristic music and you haven't checked this out

These are the first that come to mind:
Metroid Prime
Bastion
Transistor
Ori and the Blind Forest
The Witcher (All of them)

This is one of my all time favourites.
My favourite overall it Ape Escape (ps1) soundtrack. It's a bunch of mellow, retro-sounding jungle.
That game was fucking amazing.
One of the few games I played (a lot btw) and never turned off the music. Simple, unobtrusive, and ambient.
These, plus Deus Ex, Psychonauts, and Bioshock.
Half-Life 2 has some really cool ambient pieces too, the Ravenholm theme is suitably creepy.
This guy gets it
Such a good song, I don't understand why people didn't like the arbiter levels. I just started replaying Halo 2's campaign recently, legendary is fucking impossible.
Dunno if it's just nostalgia but I loved this games music, even the new shitty expansions had pretty good soundtracks
Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
Halo 3
Bloodborne
