Fat of the Land

the psychedelic crab cover

invaders

Of these 3 it's the fat from the land but i prefere invader must die

Experience > MFTJG >>>> Fat of the Land

Music for the Jilted Generation.

The Narcotic Suite > all

...

The fatta' da lan

>not Experience
Fucking plebs

If you're under 35 and you claim Experience is the best Prodigy album, you're a fucking try-hard.

If you're over 35, at least you've got the excuse of nostalgia. I am, and I bought Charly when it came out, and I still know MFtJG is their masterpiece.

Fat Of The Land > Experience > Music for the Jilted Generation

jilted gen > fatty > exp

Experience is one of the few dance albums that still sounds fresh, despite its genre

this, for a record released in 1992 it sounds remarkably fresh, even when compared to other contemporary breakbeat hardcore releases and especially when compared to other techno and house of that time

it's dated as fuck

even the altern8 album sounds more modern than experience

Wow, I hope you never produce an album

Sounds more dated

Than this?
m.youtube.com/watch?v=2_bL0hFyslg

Even the brown album sounds dated next to any song on experience

Even Sesame's Treet sounds more modern than Out of Space.

>a song that ripped off Charley like every rave song after it

no way, Experience doesn't sound dated at all, the cheesy hoover synths on Altern8 tracks really date it, with Experience you've still got guys like Lone and Zomby releasing tracks to this day that just completely ape its formula

like just listen to the breakbeat on this track, fresh as ever

y'know for all the shit aphex twin gets for being entry-level that nigga was legit pretty ahead of his time

But Experience is so accessible there's no "trying" involved. I like it best simply because it's the most immediately enjoyable of the three. MftJG might be pretty much equivalent in terms of overall quality but Experience is so fun.

the prodigy lads thank him in the credits for experience

I can get with that. It's like I know Manic Street Preachers' Holy Bible is their best album, but it's not an album you can actually love.

Fuck off contrarian

Jilted Generation.

Music for the Jilted Generation. I have an irrational hatred of Prodigy but honestly Experience and MftJG are great.

The Narcotic Suite is super-good.
