Every musician copies somebody else, who gives a shit. They're just a shitty comedy band anyways.
They've used an aphex twin sample before, I'm not trying to defend them, in fact I don't give a fuck about these clowns, sure they could've ripped that song off (on purpose or not) but we still don't know the full story yet.
Also that's a pretty basic and generic melody, I'm sure it has been used more than once.

Honestly, the songs have got some similarities, but the only bit that really seems "ripped off" is this one bit... and the problem is that people who know nothing about music think this is significant when the thing they are "ripping off" is so incredibly simple. It's extremely likely they just "came up" (seems like overselling it) with the same thing independently...
