It's okay.
There was a reason that a lot of it was cut from being on The Wall, and it shows. The lyrics aren't as well-performed either, turning from a cynical type in many instances to just falling flat. It was just an extension of The Wall, and while that's not something to object to, it failed to stand on its own.
