I saw Pharmakon live once.
She did that same thing, walking around through the crowd being "intense", getting into people's faces, screaming, rolling around on the floor etc. while pre-recorded and extremely simplistic rhythmic industrial noise banged away in the back.
It was one of the tritest and most comical live gigs I've ever been to. More of a temper tantrum than a proper performance, in all honesty.
