YOU FUCKING RACIST FUCKS IT WASNT HAMILTONS FAULT

100% Hamilton's fault
Should apologise to Nico

Rosberg has always been a whiny backhanded cunt

Blame the nigger!

Will Waahhamilton be penalized and how much?

>that sound

twitter.com/BrendonHartley/status/731909790104997888

I like seeing Max taking the stage

Räikkönen 2nd in points behind Rosberg

The reason Mercedes aren't bringing the hammer down on Hammertime is if they blamed him for the crash then so would the stewards - and that would mean a 10-place grid penalty for HAM at Monaco. A 10-place grid penalty would mean he'd have no chance to win. Thus the team got its story together and everyone agreed to pretend "we're both at fault" so as to protect the team from losing even more points at the next race.

Note the crucial phrase "Having heard extensively from both drivers and from the team" in the FIA's decision not to penalize:

> FIA statement

> The incident concerned started when Car 6 dropped into an incorrect power mode, as set by the driver prior to the start.

> This created a significant power differential between Car 6 and Car 44 at the exit of Turn 3 coming onto the straight, resulting in as much as a 17kph speed difference between the two cars on the straight.

> Car 6 moved to the right to defend his position, as is his right under Art 27.7 of the Sporting regulations. Simultaneously Car 44 as the significantly faster car with, at that time, apparent space on the inside, moved to make the pass. Art 27.7 requires the leading driver to leave room, if there is a "significant portion" of the car attempting to pass alongside.

> Car 44 had a portion of his front wing inside Car 6 small fractions of a second prior to Car 44 having to leave the right side of the track to avoid an initial collision, which may have led him to believe he had the right to space on the right. Once on the grass on the side of the track Car 44 was no longer in control of the situation.

> Having heard extensively from both drivers and from the team, the Stewards determined that Car 6 had the right to make the manoeuvre that he did and that Car 44's attempt to overtake was reasonable, and that the convergence of events led neither driver to be wholly or predominantly at fault, and therefore take no further action.

Jos should start a karting track + racing school so he can bully more Dutch kids into becoming F1 stars.

Olivier Panis won in a Ligier in rain (Monaco 96).

Winning in rain ain't worth shit.

ferrari should just sack vettel desu, he can't even beat kimi

Olivier Panis was pretty good, he would probably have won a race in 1997 if he didn't break his legs. Also, he was as fast as Hakkinen and Coulthard in testing

if you think it's hamilton's fault you're just a racist desu

>if you dont go for the gap, then you no longer a racing driver

...

thanks reddit

This general is basically reddit tier anyway.

Went to shit when WAGsguy left.

> unnecessary reply after punchline, ruining the joke
That is Reddit, everyone.

If the kids don't win he'll beat the shit out of their moms.

DELETE THIS

I dunno, to me I feel like they both just made a bad judgement call.

Hamilton tried to dive down the inside, knowing that Rosberg was most likely going to take the racing line. Which he did.
Rosberg was too busy looking at his wheel to change the settings, whilst also trying to race, so he didn't notice Hamilol coming down his side until it was too late.

>Ayrton "muh god of the gaps" Senna
I can't believe people still unironically quote his nonsense after more than 20 years

Where were you when Tricky Niki "The Maul" Lauda "The Devil from Hell" (Press F) absolutely BTFO lewis fangays?

Hamilton is such a little bitch, obviously being competitive is important but he behaves like a cunt towards his team mate.

It was Rosberg's fault, anything else is shitposting

>Lauder is only 67

This is what happens when you spend too much time in the sun.

Artificial sun*

This is not the japanese cartoon board so please fuck off, thanks

yeah he really got himself burnt

I think you mean when you get 2nd degree burns from racing burning heaps of metal.

Jet fuel...etc etc

>when you nut but he keep suckin

...

handsome frenchman

...

He was reborn in the fires of Hell at the Bürgerking in 1976 when he sold his soul to the devil for 2 more titles and a successful company

>Should apologise to Nico

He already did.

While ROS might have left a little more room, he was also under no obligation to do so. And only HAM had any idea of his closing speed, so only he could judge whether this was a serious chance at overtaking or just a hopeless dive bomb that would crash them both. Lauda summed it up pretty well.

If the driver in Hamilton's position had been from another team - either a competitive one like Ferrari, or a backmarker whipping boy - Mercedes' description of the event would have been very different.

Think of it this way: how would Sky and its phalanx of F1 fellators (legion of Lewis lickers?) describe the crash if it had Hamilton leading, and Maldonado behind? Think they'd be going on and on about how Hamilton was at fault?

Cool that a cow can have its own flag.

I know Max is not the most handsome or adorable looking driver, but this photo is pretty cute desu. It's like Christmas morning, him being absolutely amazed by the presents Santa gave to him

what the fuck is that room the average prison cell looks less shit than this

He always came across as a bit of a cunt to me until I watched a few non enlish interviews. Seems to be a pretty decent dude with an unfortunate face and a weird dad.

This incident was basically hamilton racing 101. From his very initial days he as done this to everyone on track excusing himself as racing incident but when others do same thing its end of world.

His driving is like let me create this position where if other guy doesnt move/leave space both cars are out. In most cases someone is sensible enough to avoid crash and ends up giving position to hamlets.

My question is if you want other driver to move to avoid crashing then where is this magical space you speak of to begin with.

GUYS YOU WILL ALWAYS BE UNADEQUITE

Looks like hes in one of the RBR motorhomes.

It'd be funny if Lauda sold the advertising space on his hat to a sunblock company.

rosberg didn't even see hamilton there. he was fucking with switches on his wheel. it's 100% rosberg's fault. if rosberg hadn't messed up his engine mode then it wouldn't have happened.

>typing out all this nonsense to try and justify your hatred for African Americans

Pretty much. I can't imagine what is must be like for a 18 year old to live in a world where everyone is paying attention to every single thing you say and do. And with such crazy circus around him he is managing himself fine. Usually in Dutch interviews he's quite relaxed, somewhat humble and has some pretty funny bants now and than

Now that you mention it. In Dutch interviews he sounds much more casual saying whatever is on his mind, where in English interviews it appears he just says some bullshit prescribed by the team.

Most of the time he's fine. He is also really good at giving short answers that barely answer the question. I can imagine it is annoying as fuck to have to answer the same quesitons like "how do you feel" etc over and over. Today was a special day for him but he got asked more or less the same questions

>podium
>post-race conference
>journalists for like 10 different stations in the normal post-race pen thing
>exclusive interview with Sky sports
>Probably some shit for Dutch TV afterwards

And all the questions are the same "how do you feel?" "how was the race" "what is it like" like everyone basically knows what the answer is going to be anyway. But yea must get frustrating to answer the same thing 10 times

Was he really karting in 2013? Not in GP3 or anything like that?

Also
>comparing yourself to other people
That's the gayest thing I've ever heard

his feet are tiny

youtube.com/watch?v=Lxj4wUrLemM

youtube.com/watch?v=4lj_u9BOBWY

This is not the japanese cartoon board so please fuck off, thanks

His feet seem pretty normal sized to me?!

girly feet t b h

He apologized to the team and basically said no comment on whose fault it was

It's pretty clear that Merc are indeed being ginger about that Ham 10 place grid penalty potential. If there is no immediate penalty then he obviously should have gotten some points taken off or whatever the system is. Didn't Max get something like that for Monaco 2015? Button definitely did for his contact with Maldonado in China but that was a bit more clear cut.

Hamilton is fucked for this season though. He is going to have at least one, probably two grid penalties for extra PU components as he's already on the 4th one on many of them. Maybe even some got damaged in the crash today? And the Merc engine isn't as bulletproof as before, as evidenced by eg Force India. And if he gets one more point then he gets another grid penalty. And even then he NEEDS to finish first and Rosberg can finish 2nd like a million times behind him without actually losing the lead.

amx looks like a mong

Bound feet, inspired by traditional Chinese culture, for aerodynamic efficiency, weight and weight distribution

god damn it, i love you binland.

2014 was Gp3.

>And if he gets one more point then he gets another grid penalty.

It's one more reprimand.
He is fine on penalty points.
Max is the highest on penalty points but will drop the ones he got for his stupid crash in Monaco last year.

Although that does make an interesting idea that when you get 5 or 10 penalty points you get a 5 or 10 place grid penalty respectively and when you get the full 12 points you get the full race ban.

f3. his only single-seater season before f1

That's Formula 3 my friend

If Hamilton wins the next six races with Rosberg finishing second, the gap will be 1 point.

Goddamit why cant we have a normal race between Nico an Lewis?

I still remember that Holland Sport interview so well. Not sure why though

Still can't quite believe what we've witnessed this afternoon lads.

Yeah, it's possible that's the case too. I'm no expert and I'm not a Mercedes fan either, that's just the way I felt about it.

sorry for being late with this family. I've expanded it since the first version, hope you enjoy

Quelle le baisage did you just fucking say about moi, you peu bitte? I’ll have you know I graduated top of my lycée in the Renault crashing académie, and I’ve been involved in numerous secret raids on Fernando Alonso, and I have over 1 confirmed race bans. I am trained in wheel-to-wheel warfare and I’m the top divebomber in the whole of Swiss motorsports. You are nothing to me but just another target. I will crash you the fuck out with precision the likes of which has never been seen before on la Terre, mark my fucking words. You think you can get away with saying that shit to me over the Internet? Think again, fucker. As we speak I am contacting my secret network of Maldonados across Venezuela and your telemetry is being traced right now so you better prepare for the storm, connard. The storm that wipes out the pathetic little thing you call your engine. You’re fucking dead, môme. I can be anywhere, anytime, and I can end you in over seven hundred ways, and that’s just at La Source. Not only am I extensively trained in losing my front wing, but I have access to the entire arsenal of Scuderia Ferrari and I will use it to its full extent to wipe your miserable car off the surface of the track, you little backmarker. If only you could have known what unholy retribution your little “clever” comment was about to bring down upon you, maybe you would have held your fucking tongue. But you couldn’t, you didn’t, and now you’re paying the price, tu fichu crétin. I will shit la furie all over you and you will DNF in it. You’re fucking dead, putain.

I know it still hurts.

Also having just watched Hamilton's POV of the accident, I think he thought he would be able to overtake on the grass or something, or 2 wheels on grass.

He doesn't actually come off the throttle until he is already on the grass for some time and then starts breaking, at which points he loses it pretty much. It reminds me of that incident between Ros Ham at Bahrain in 2012 where he overtook Rosberg basically off track and didn't lift at all, except this time there was grass there.

The accident was partially caused by Rosberg going slow but the car behind has to react to shit like that. And Hamilton was aware of it and his reaction to the whole thing was to not lift AT ALL and try to carry crazy momentum into an overtake on the inside. Had he breaked or eased off then he could have handled the situation better. Really not that smart driving and I think he basically spilled his spaghetti because he knows he hasn't won and was frustrated etc etc. Just listening to his engine and how he didn't lift until going onto the grass does demonstrate a sense of recklessness that definitely should be punished by at least a warning of some sort but I guess not because muh Merc tactics

It's his apartment. Jos has said that he will keep Amx there until he wins the championship.

fucking hate rosberg the smug cunt doesn't deserve a fucking WDC, fuck

...

What a bizarre season when are having.

We*

>tfw Lewis doesn't win a single race this season

>He was 3rd overall before breaking his legs
>driving a fucking Prost Mugen Honda
>would probably have won a race
>Still not good

>In the era of "literally no one can beat Mercedes in a normal race" I would rather deal with the smugness of Hamilton winning 3 WDCs in a row rather than let Rosberg have one, taking into consideration the poor level at which Hamilton is driving on in general

I'd be happiest if neither of them never raced again and Merc folded tomorrow but if MWL must continue then at least have Rosberg win it once (and then hopefully retire without defending his title)

We had two solid years of that, we don't need anymore.

Trips confirm crazy season

He's been at Merc since the beginning. While he was dragging around the fucking tire munching tanks with Schumacher for three years, Hamilton was winning races and challenging for the championship. Nico deserves the championship.

Guise

Nico's 7 race wins streak ended.

Thanks a lot poop senna. Would have been 8 today for sure.

For sure

Also Gimis progression is funny to see

>2014 - PLEASE RETIRE THIS IS EMBARRASSING
>2015 - ok slightly better but still, way past his prime, Vettel dominates everything and he doesn't look too good
>this race - two Ferraris finally have clean race - both cars pace is almost identical throughout, outqualifies Vettel for "no reason" (no mistake from Vettel) and beat him in the race (better strategy but pace was similar overall)

what a mad man

Hamilton ending Rosberg's winning streak was the first thing I thought when I saw the crash.

today was pretty risky though they gimis tire could've exploded like vettels in last year belgium(?) did

Still though.

>7 consecutive wins
>His father won the WDC with 1 total race win to his name at the time

true pottery

...

shit
>2015
>2013
>2011
>2009

good
>2016
>2014
>2012
>2010

Yeah I actually thought both Kimi and Max were going to have to pit one more time for softs at the end. I thought that was the strategy as they were the non-leading drivers, so they would pit earlier and then get fresh tires for the end and go flat out and see what happens. I was amazed to see that the tires actually lasted to the end so well esp. when the other medium stints were like ~20 laps

can someone explain MAD AMX?

fucking kek, good work

...

typo gone viral. even the mainstream media is going for it now. /pol does it again.

oh wait this aint /pol

lol 5/5

guys this proves that the crash was hamilton's fault
