Old Zandvoort was my favorite track when playing on my PC. Watching real life onboard laps there was fucking amazing. It was so fucking fast and you needed to have good skills to not fuck up. If I was a millionaire I would definitely pay for at least a partial reconstruction of the old track and a F1 tier runoff areas and shit.
Really? It looks a bit too fiddly, especially for F1. But I've never driven on it in a sim or seen a race there so I can't really tell. Pic related is what looks to me as the best layout, although after the chicanes was alright too IMO.

by small i meant straights are too short and some corners are too close together, but that description works too i guess. new zandvoort is perfect for formula 3 and i'm sure for gp3/fr3.5 cars also, but when you get to formula 1 speeds it does seem a bid fiddly.

The new circuit has more resemblance to Spa in my opinion. I liked the old more as well, just that simplicity of it.

Where can I watch full conference?
The problem isn't raising the funds to organize an F1 race (around 30 mil if I remember), but the huge amount of money and time it would cost to get the infrastructure around the circuit fit to host 100k people. The 2 N-roads are unfit to handle that, and there's also a huge lack of parking space. Since it's all protected nature it would require years of lobbying to get the approval for expanding the infrastructure and the province would have to pump in millions. By that time our dear friend Max might be a potato already.

Monaco is a shit circuit that it's only in the calendar because Muh nostalgia, an undercut could help red bull only after the first pit stop, but if rosberg or hamilton have a quick start nad can distance themselves in the first chicane it could be useless.

If he was even accepted by Ferrari. If they can get nearly any driver on the grid why would they take Rosberg when kiki does the role that Ferrari want of their number 2. I don't see it and I can't see Rosberg throwing away the title this year. If he does he may as well go to DTM.
Does Magnussen bring sponsorship? Perez will probably want out of Force India but the grid feels so stagnant that I don't know where they'd go. Besides Grosjean thinks he's getting the Ferrari drive so I would be more sensible for Mercedes and Rosberg to stay together.
