I went last year. It is the best festival I have ever been to. In addition to the lineup being full of both legendary artists and new hyped ones, the light installments were incredible, it wasn't too overcrowded and there was a pretty view of the Houston skyline the whole time

The abandoned post office is just north of downtown, like at the intersection of 45 and 10. I went to a pop-up show there it's a perfect location
