This is easily a 4.5/5 for me, I love it to no end.
But honestly, it's the only worthwhile thing they've put out...it's all OK, but 'Singles' is kinda' boring.
They're incredible to watch live, though!
I can understand ya' liking that track if you prefer their synth-punk stylings, but man that's the least enjoyable tune, for me.
