Pretty reasonable, with a few remarks:
1) Lebanon will be Shia majority, meaning the balance of powers inside Lebanon will crumble and will result in another civil war, which probably drag Israel in it again - result in half of Lebanon being in ruins again.
2) Arabian peninsular is dead wrong. No need to remove the Emirates in favor of this abstract "South Arabia". Preferably not touch the region at all since it relatively stable and prosperous now. The only reasonable thing would be splitting Yemen and maybe Mecca/Medina micro states, similar to the Vatican.
3) Independent Palestine will only breed more extremism as will be unable to sustain itself. The best course would be for them to remain as Israeli autonomy. Another possible way is for Gaza to join Egypt and West Bank to Jordan, but it would leave Israel in a vulnerable position that might lead to yet another war.
