>NGUYEN (阮)

>40%
Anyway i'm not Nguyễn, and we don't call each other by family name. Also Nguyễn is not pronounced as "win", far from that actually.

The dude who created your mutant Latin script was autistic

Time to go back glorious Chu nom!

ไอ้เวียดกง 55 -√-

We can't, chữ Nôm is literally dead now.

Given influence of China you have to learn Chinese characters sooner or later lol

Don't be like those maritime cucks who use Latin

Any ways unlije a language a script can be revived anytime. It just takes intelligence

>Given influence of China you have to learn Chinese characters sooner or later lol
Wwll, we were part of China for over 1000 years, you can't get more influence than that. Sometimes we still use some simple Chinese characters in fast writing, like 人.

Thai surnames by law can't repeat. You literally aren't allowed to share the same last name as someone who isn't a blood relative.

That's how our names got so long.

Chu Nom looks pretty cool though

Was it out of hatred towards China that you had to adapt Latin alphabets?

Shit man, that's respectable as phuck!

It is something imported from ancient India? Sanskrit had similar complex names.

I can respect that.
