The FIA actually doing good things

>10.8.8. Access to the garage: During practice and the race: a) The pit shutter (on the track side) must remain completely open; b) Visibility towards the inside of the garage must remain free of any obstruction of any kind whatsoever (bodywork parts, covers, piles of tyres, trolleys, etc.); c) Officials must have free access to the inside of the garage.
Penalty: at the Stewards’ discretion.
>Clarification of the Committee: Any bodywork element stored in front of the car will be considered as an obstruction to the visibility inside the garage unless it is stored flat on the ground and does not hide totally or partially the race car inside the garage. Anybody staying in front of the car when it is inside the garage is considered as an obstruction to the visibility inside the garage unless he has to work on the car. A line of people in front of the car is strictly prohibited.

FUCKING ARCA TOO

I forgot to put that in and also >motor/sp/ort

Thanks for the info packed OP

>ARCA has canceled qualifying due to excessive time to cleanup after three wrecks... Lineup will be set by practice time

Top kek

ARCA race is in an hour

ARCA/Trucks

What happened to ARCA races being fun to watch? Or is Michigan just too shit

>Norm missed another race
why

>no viper going to be competing in lel mans
>keating and bleekmelon driving an lmp2

why

>four (4) factory Fords

Michigan's too big and spread out for their field

How do I go about preparing my body to stay awake for all of le mans?

I'm surprised the livery isn't complete shit. Literally didn't know they were an energy drink company until last week. Hope they can make it to the end.

Get a perfect 8 hours of sleep then eat sausages and pringles during the race to stay alive.

I noticed that and while I think its dumb af I don't see how that could've prevented the viper's entry seeing that it typically competes in gt-am while the ferd geetees are in gt-pro

Pringle are pretty disgusting but I'll go down to the store and buy some sausages to cook up. I just don't want to pass out from eating too much during the race.

I've also never stayed awake for that long in a long time so I'm not sure if my body is ready. Any other tips?

>sleep as much as possible the night before
>eat and drink consistently and/or at regular intervals during the race, but not too much at a time, especially during the later hours
>try to stay away from alcohol in large amounts
>if you do feel the need to nap, try to do it early so you don't miss the end of the race
>post in the threads early and often

There's a limited amount of entries and a ton go to ELMS and shit. If you're not in early enough then you don't have a shot. Doesn't help that they compete in GTD/3 for IMSA and WEC is GTE. I think their Vipers are still sequential and not paddle shift. I wish Riley could support more Vipers and build a cheaper car. It's a great chassis that can win but they never wanted to supply parts.

>no /motor/sp/ort in the OP

wew this LMP2 field

also since when is Nelson Piquet racing under the Dutch flag?

This

I ctrl+f'd "motor" and got nothing so I assumed yall niggas was slacking. Just happened to catch this on accident.

Get it together, OP.

>also since when is Nelson Piquet racing under the Dutch flag?
Probably for the first time, though this is a pretty common practice in Hueland. Most of the pro guys here choose to race under a different flag in international competition to save money on the membership. And Piquet's mother is Dutch

What's the reason for the limited field? Not like le sarthe is a small track, its like 8 fukken miles long isn't it? Muh invites only, muh prestige

Erik Jones' Dad just died.

Midget bump

wtcc quali is now

ladas seem to be dominating

>Lada 1-2-3 at Moscow
Well, that was impressive. Inb4 Tarquini and Valente crash at the start and Lopez overtakes Catsburg with one or two laps to go

top speeds at michigan are pretty crazy brehs. 215-220 going into the corners?

...

Part prestige and part safety. There should be more cars allowed I think
