You should try dramatic film score music. No lyrics and it sounds suspenseful.

Lights Out Asia

Listening to Alice and chains now sounds pretty good.
The next time you pass a maternity ward while it's on fire, record the screams of babies dying. That's the best music for coping.

Anything by e-dubble.
Specifically his album named "Reset". It'll hit close to home and help you, trust me.
Search him on YouTube.
Behemoth is damn good.
Logic is also a good rapper if you're into rap at all.
Check out his "Under Pressure" album, its more about hardships and struggles and I feel you'd like it more than the rest.
What do you want, do you want uplifting music or sad music?
And do you want individual songs or full album recs?

Always helps me
when i was going through a tough break up a few years back, a band played at my local.
they arent a big band, i had never heard of them but their music had me dancing like a fool.
i eventually bought their albums to give them a proper listen to and they helped me so much!
over the years listening to them, ive met them a few times at other gigs to the point that they now recognise me and approach me for a chat at the gigs.
if you wanna listen to them, they are called Graveyard Johnnys, they have a unique style of music they call punkabilly.
alternatively, try something similar? find a local event with small bands and see who is worth following :)
Sorry man too heavy. Thanks though I need shit to make me think or calm down .
Thanks I saved the name. I have a problem with drinking though and don't know if I could go out.
