You're again making the assumption that I'm talking about Muslims as a group, when I'm talking about Islam as an ideology. I have no problem with Muslims as individuals, and shouldn't have to be on the defensive about this by default, especially when I've already clarified this.
The thing about Westboro Baptist Church is that they're following the ideology of Christianity more closely that most Christians. Most Muslims are also not following the religion as closely as "extremists". The religion is the problem. There's no reason for a religious person not to interpret their religion literally, except out of fear, or because they don't actually believe it wholly.
