Of course, but you are an American and thus you should stick to Copa thread.
Same goes for the Brazilian monkey who went apeshit in the thread 2 days ago.

How much butthurt will a 3rd Spanish win in a row cause?

Greece should replace FInland, but since neither qualified who cares
why would Italy be western and the German block central?

i've been to the US and Switzerland and trust me, it's not even comparable Switzerland (and presumably even Norway) are almost disgusting for how filthy rich they are a nurse gets paid almost 3000 $ a month (and even though everything is extra expensive there, they can afford an upper class american living style)
>median household income >not understanding economies of scale

that map is not about income, it's about purchasing power things are pretty cheap in Milan housing is expensive as fuck though
Thomas Anderson
>a nurse gets paid almost 3000 $ a month
you realize that's less than someone with a bachelor degree earns here, right? you realize that nurses here make 7k a month, and doctors make over 12k a month, right?
a fucking assistant to a jew and you get 100k for keeping a calendar for him required? a bachelors.
I've been to Switzerland and Norway, Swiss are stinking rich, Norwegians hide it well.
Charles Butler
and yet this
Wyatt Cooper
where the fuck does all that money go? 7k a month is absurd
Alexander Perry
>why would Italy be western and the German block central? See pic related
David Howard
First of all, he's misrepresenting. The median HOUSEHOLD income here is like $50,000. Sure I can find an individual job that pays 6 figures, doesn't mean everyone does it.
Also we spend like retards basically. Everyone has to get every iteration of every Apple product, buys a $50,000 car and enrolls each of their four kids in sports that cost $1000-2000 a year. Ontop of expensive TV Packages, and Netflix, pay $6 for Starbucks every day etc. and then they wonder why 50,000 or even more doesn't buy much.
Ethan Collins
Or in artistic impression
Ayden Miller
the income inequality is terrible here but if you can work a computer well enough to post on Sup Forums there should be no reason (besides depression or some mental illness) to have a bad job here
the problem is once you start making money, you get a family, a house and 3 cars, multiple TVs, electronics, and all the bills start to stack up. Also you have to remember that you need to save a ton of money for a child's education since it costs so much in the US
Cooper Bennett
why do i get a boner staring at that alien's ass
Isaiah Flores
I always wondered why did Americans complain about $7 an hour cuz that's like 2200 a month which for me is really good money. But then this American guy said your typical rent is like $800+, health insurance is the same, car payments, bills and you're left with chump change
Blake Gray
3000 k really isn't that much like the amerifat said
Liam Richardson
Regensburg, Passau, Bamberg, Würzburg, Bayreuth (although the latter three are Frankonian). Definitely stay away from Nuremburg, it's a shithole.
Camden Martin
>pay $6 for Starbucks every day
fucking this
and every office job worker needs to go out for a $20 lunch in the city and then "hang out" at a social after work to spend on more shit.
it's consumerism up the ass, but really there's nothing else to spend it on. Maybe travel, but I know a lot of people here that would just rather sit at home and not have to worry about anything than go to another country for a week or two
Daniel Baker
oops correction it's more like $1200 a month. Still though I spend less than that right now
Robert Taylor
that map is out of date, this is the most current one I could find
Nathaniel Wood
guess italian standards are just different with 3000$ a month here you can pay bills, house mortgage, car and other bills, food and still have decent pocket money i'm impressed because said nurse is the sister of a friend of mine who works in a nursing home, here for the same job you'd get little more than half
Grayson Thomas
it depends on the location, but for example I live near Washington DC and the apartments in the city cost anywhere between $1500-$3500 a month
but really, if you work in DC there's no professional job that's going to pay you under $60k per year, and if they offer only that much it's safer to apply to other places and try to get a little more
I don't know about nurses but doctors here make more money than the president
>Doctors’ earnings ranged from about $156,000 a year for pediatricians to about $315,000 for radiologists and orthopedic surgeons. The highest earners — orthopedic surgeons and radiologists — were the same as last year, followed by cardiologists who earned $314,000 and anesthesiologists who made $309,000.
Jonathan Rivera
doctors are a thing, nurses are very different in terms of income doctors earn a fuckton here as well
but maybe i'm just misinformed
Evan Gray
the US president has never been known to make great money. IN general civil service jobs are more known for making ok money for doing nothing
Ryder Hall
>Registered Nurse Salary and Wages by State. Being high in hierarchy, the salary of registered nurses is more than the salary of CNAs. As per the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average income for registered nurses was $71,000 per annum, in May 2015. The mean hourly wages was reported to be $34.14.
also you need to remember, the cities in the US are disproportionately more expensive than the countryside vs other nations. Plenty of people in rural American can live comfortably on the wages you mentioned, by the hyperconsumerism is heaviest near the cities, which includes the suburbs.
Bentley Sullivan
A lot has changed since 4 years ahmed.
Isaiah Fisher
it's unbelievable there are some people in Europe using samsung S3's, you couldn't even take that out in public where I live, it would be embarrassing. Shame it has gotten to that point.

>Flint Michigan
Isn't that the place where tap water can kill you?
Owen Howard
that's his point, but it's also a false equivalency because of economics.
Bentley Cox
Northern, i study in Milan but i commute there from further up north
the place i live used to be rural, but now it's very upper class becuase lots of businessmen from the city come here to live in huge villas because of that even people from poorer families feel the need to at least look rich
my family's philosophy though is a mix of socialism and catholicism, so i've been brought up differently
Austin Watson
Yeah, a lot of people don't understand the concept of purchasing power. In the poorer parts of Portugal, you may struggle to find a higher paying job but on the other hand, for example, rent in those areas can be as low as 200€ a month
Jace Barnes
>because of that even people from poorer families feel the need to at least look rich
That's really interesting. I never would've thought that would be a thing. You see juxatpositions of wealthy resorts in old towns like that in europe (esp places like Italy, Switzerland, etc.) but I always figured the locals just didn't really give a shit.
Wyatt Sanchez
>a lot of people don't understand the concept of purchasing power. for sure. I don't think most Americans even understand within the framework of their own economy. Like said in an earlier post, people happily drop $6 for fucking ice and coffee at Starbucks but think because they're making a "decent amount of money" it's ok.
Carter Green
i think it's a recent phenomenon, young people have been bombed with ads since a very young age so they are extremely materialistic also the Curch's influence is slowly fading, and the Money god is replacing it we're basically becoming America, and i hate it
Jonathan Russell
tfw i use a samsung s4 with busted glass, tfw all the students i see don't bother repairing their glass either. as long as i can see and use whatsapp and shit i'm good
Chase Lewis
I always wondered how much northern Italians were influenced materialistic from the proximity to Milan, being a fashion/luxury capital. Or is that overstated? You made it sound like it was more general advertising.
Logan Jackson
Pls dont bully
Jace Powell
by the way, this is a very local impression it doesn't apply to all Italy at all, just some regions that went from rural to rich very fast (like here in Brianza, Veneto/Friuli flat regions)
Gavin Hill
>Sweden >Eastern European
Owen Martinez
see if you go ten miles into the mountains you'll find a different mentality any general assumption on Italy is wrong because of how diverse the country is
Jack Carter
>we're basically becoming America, and i hate it Also, that's why I hate certain places like LA. I used to visit there a lot when I lived in Vegas because my cousin worked there. There are some normal people there, but so many idiots who aren't rich pretending they are, leasing expensive cars and blowing $400 bottle service at clubs with their friends whom all work equally shit jobs as them.
