Okay help me out here I'm trying to recall the name of this cartoon that aired a while back, I think on Cartoon Network, some years ago.
I think the main characters were a brother and sister, not sure though. It had a steampunk vibe, especially the clothing everyone wore, but it was also futuristic, and had mechs of some kind, of which the male lead was a trainee pilot or something. Heavy themes of war and politics.
I only saw one episode of it, if it was a series, or just part of it if it was a movie,
How long ago was this op? Been watching CN my whole life and can't recall any show like this
Liam Baker
I think in the 00's, it's been a while. I'm not sure if it even was CN, or if it even existed at all, but I definitely have vague memories of a few scenes of this show
on the right track but is was less zany, more action-drama style, teenage-ish protags, It leaned toward anime-type art style but I'm fairly certain it was a western cartoon
I can't find anything on wikipedia's list of CN aired shows, wish i could say but it's been so long, I just remembered recently and am stumped
Dylan Ortiz
maybe it was aeon flux, let me know if it was that one
William Jackson
Was it CGI? Faintly remember post apocoalyptic wasteland esque with a kind of competitive mech sport. Main character started as a mechanic I think
Adrian Butler
storm hawks?
Ryan Morris
Only thing I can think of remotely related to what OP says is Megas XLR
Cooper Martinez
Your thinkin of the early version of IGPX that was never made.
Connor Cruz
nope 2D, as I recall not that one
It sucks not even being able to find a picture of it to use
Mason Allen
Was it anime?
Ryder Diaz
Symbiotic Titan? It's 2D, the main characters pretend to be brother and sister, it's mostly action, there's a giant robot and some aliens. That what your thinking of, OP?
Aaron Price
megas xlr ?
William Allen
That's set modern day though.
Isaac Barnes
Skyland they had psychic abilities that they got from the sun.
Jaxson Hill
Could it have been on Fox Kids / Jetix?
Elijah Cox
It's entirely possible, but there was no Japanese influence in the story if it was. Very Victorian dress and militarism.
maybe, I'll check the first ep if it matches what I remeber
after a bit of digging, I think it was Sym Bionic Titan, their home world strikes all the right chords, so it must have been one of the lore episodes. I only saw the one episode so I didn't know about the series being in modern Earth.
