Revelation v2
Ill scope it out, thank you sir
Use cheat engine attach it to that process and search for "string" then type "Password" browse the memory areas of the adresses you get until you find the password it will be in plain text
Revelation v2 showed me ~~~~~~
Attempting this task now
Am I opening the program or attaching the debugger?
Ok i've made it this far
just open the program that has the pass without attaching the debugger if you didn't find it with "Password" use different stuff like "password" or "VNC" "pass" etc good luck
Bumping for other ideas, cheat engine doesnt seem to be the way
'nother shameless bump
Since Revelation didn't work, try this one: www-nirsoft-net/utils/vnc_password-html
my nigger
nirsoft ftw
Ok guys, so Nirsoft's VNCpassviewer works -sort of- it gives me the first 8 letters of the password, but no more than that...so freaking close
Bulletpass and the asterisk logger don't work at all
Actually, it appears the password is maximum 8 characters, so this works perfectly! Thank you all so much
The password is probably only 8 characters long. Try that, and report back.
Correct, it appears no matter how long the password is, it is shortened to the first 8 characters
Glad to have been of some help, then. Enjoy!
Just tried this on my friends computer, and it didnt show up, what might be different. Same program, ultraVNC
