Since 2011 he won: Campeonato Brasileiro Série A: 2011, 2015 Copa Libertadores de America: 2012 FIFA Club World Cup: 2012 Campeonato Paulista (state tournament): 2013 Recopa Sudamericana: 2013
Since 2011 Dunga won: >Campeonato Gaúcho (state tournament): 2013
We finally have a real coach
Matthew Sanchez
>hasn't won anything in 3 years Sounds like you're doing this a few years too late At least Dunga has the excuse that he was managing the national team for a lack of trophies
Logan Thompson
>look again Won national championship last year m8
Anthony Fisher
>implying it won't be carlos alberto parreira
Cameron Martinez
>Sounds like you're doing this a few years too late But you are right..about this
We were asking for him since 2012. And CBF chose felipão first (7x1) and then Dunga ( didn't even pass group round)
Robert Allen
inb4 they hire Fat Ronaldo
Joseph Smith
Is he going coach the olympic team?
Isaac Wilson
Is Tite already confirmed or is all we have rumours? Anyway, you're welcome.
Andrew Young
Is Tite the official hire or is that just what you want to happen because Dunga is out? I've heard many times that Tite wants nothing to do with this NT, and I can't blame him right now.
Luis Jenkins
based Huebros, immediately fired him
meanwhile, our NT did an even worse run and our mummified coach will never be sacked until he dies
Easton Hill
>Gilmar is out too
phew
Thomas Edwards
...
Christian Bennett
Since 2011 he won 2 national tournaments, 2 continent tournaments, and one world tournaments.
Also he is the only coach who won Fifa club WC with a non european team since 2007.
Ian Reed
Already officially invited and he's having a meeting right now with his players at Corinthians.
Tyler Turner
he was fired already.
Liam Cook
Yup, just checked. Congrats bro.
Alexander Stewart
Thank you, we owe you!!!
Already invited, and he is often saying that is his dream. HIs sister said he accepted to the media. Will be official soon.
But Dunga is officially out!!
Juan Peterson
Zagallo in
Ryder Myers
Yes :)
But it's too soon, we are going to loose the olympics too. But with time he can build a strong team.
Jeremiah Russell
Rogério Micale has been coaching the U23 team, not Dunga. I think he should just continue, or Tite should put trust on his plan, but it's unlikely.
Jonathan Cox
Reminder that he perma-killed Ronaldinho by not calling him in 2010 (he had a good season that year)
Ethan Walker
Ronaldo has no interest on being a coach.
>I've heard many times that Tite wants nothing to do with this NT, and I can't blame him right now. The opposite. When mano menezes was fired, tite left corinthians because he thought cbf was going to choose him. But instead they chose Felipão.
So after this many teams here in Br tried to hire him, but he chose to travel for a year to learn with tohers coachs, teams in europe... cause felipao said that he would be out after WC14, winning or losing, so tite tought that after wc14 cbf was going to choose him. And they didn't again, lol. So he cameback to corinthians again, and said that would only left for NT or an European team
Cooper Cox
This is what happen to snob God Silva
Zachary Gomez
Yes, but dunga was going to be the coach on the olympics.
But I agree with you. Micale is the one who know the U23 players... he should at least be on the "comissão técnica" don't know in eng
Jack Howard
Yep, that's Dunga. He doesn't call the best ones, he call the ones he like...personally...
Caleb White
coaching staff
Dylan Price
Is this Tite guy actually good?
Lincoln Rivera
He have his chance again now.. and Tite in known as a coach who can talk with his players and get the best of... he is good at this
But D. Luiz is out. Tite likes defense...
Sebastian Myers
yes, his teams don't leave a lot of space, 10 men behind the ball, quick transition, nice triangulations and stuff. And the squads he works with aren't anything amazing, probably 4th in terms of player quality in the country (São Paulo, Santos and Internacional have better players imo) and he still dominates.
Jose Wilson
He is the best brazilian coach since a few years.
CBF is not ready to hire a foreign coach yet. So he is our best option.
Chase Myers
CELSO ROTH
Tyler Hall
People in Lebanon go fucking crazy for Brazil. Probably the most supported international team here. Glad that idiot's been sacked. Hope you guys build on a good team and go into the next World Cup with a serious chance.
Nicholas Green
nice, thanks
Nathan Cooper
:3 Thx
Daniel Cooper
THERE'S NO STOPPING US NOW IT'S OUR YEAR LA
Carter Sanchez
Thank you Lebanonbro. We have a big Lebanese community here in São Paulo.
He will need time to build a good team again. But we can't get worse than this last years.
Elijah Price
the best br coach not that means anything in an international scenario
Brayden Gomez
Fun fact, there are actually 3-4 million more Lebanese in Brazil than there are here. Sup Forums would have a field day with the amount of Syrians.
Hunter Walker
>yfw he actually hold this on FIFA Club World Cup final after winning Chelsea.
As a Corinthians suppoter I'm sad. As a Brazilian I'm happy.
>mixed feelings.jpg
Alexander Carter
nice english, amoeba
Isaiah Sullivan
>play mediocre all the match >your GK end up as best player of the game >scores a incredible lucky goal and park the bus kek, pathetic.
John Nelson
OMG, didn't know that. I knew it was big, but wouldn't think that is bigger than in Lebanon lol
We have more Portuguese here than in Portugal too.
And we have the biggest Japanese community outside Japan
We are a real and big mixture
Anthony Moore
No be envy bro, he is your coach too now.
Caleb Collins
Pedro II visited Lebanon in the late 19th century and invited them over. Back then as you know you were subject of the Ottoman Empire so tens of thousands came until the 40s. Lebs and Syrians are basically our Jews here in the sense that they became upper middle class or rich. My grandmother was son of Leb immigrants, she says that her mother was usually called a "turk" here and got mad as hell, kek
Jose James
*daughter
Brandon Cook
Thanks
Leo Williams
it's an expression
Carter Harris
good thing you lost this meme tournament so you can prepare for the world cup now, i wish we would lose early for that same reason
Luis Gutierrez
Yeah most of the country moved over to Brazil a long while back. Hope we didn't fuck up the country too badly, I know how ridiculous we can be.
Alexander Russell
haha yeah there's nothing but bad memories of the Ottoman Empire in Lebanon. Complete colonization of the country, tried to eradicate all culture and historic roots we had with the Phoenicians. Most of the Lebos I know that immigrated to Brazil wouldn't even consider moving back, smooth integration according to them.
Liam Clark
Yes, we wouldn't be able to even get to WC18 if we continued like this.
Do you want your coach out too?
Lucas Taylor
How much do coaches/tactics even matter? You give me neymar, Dani alves and Marcelo and I bet I would've gotten that team out of the group.
Does that make me better than dunga?
Lucas Myers
Mourinho gets praised for the same shit with a ridiculous budget, kill yourself
Joseph Barnes
It is not only tactics. Dunga is known to call players that he personally like, not the best ones.
That's why he left Ronaldinho out in WC2010, for example. That's why he left Thiago Silva out now.
And the list is big about this
Lucas King
>praised
kek kys desu senpai m8, Mourinho gets nothing but sledged for being a bus wanker. The only people that praise him are the cucks who think it's "muh master tactics"
Jayden Barnes
>Marcelo And that's why Marcelo isn't on NT too. Dunga doesn't like Marcelo and Thiago Silva.... he is a cuck
Noah Morgan
Finally Make Brazil great again
Noah Campbell
>smooth integration according to them. Yes, usually we are a country that embraces the immigrants. usually, not always.
Liam Stewart
Tite was considered a bus-parking coach before last year. There was some resistance against him even outside of CBF, between journalists and fans. But after his "sabbatical" he led a team with Vagner Love as the striker to score over 70 goals in the league so there's barely anything left to criticize.
Kayden Peterson
>Thank you based Peru Better thank based Cunha of incredible handballs and refball
>mfw not even our refs were decent at CA2016
William Collins
He's still considered a top manager despite being walking cancer and this board also love him since he's a piece of shit
Cooper Morgan
You're right bro, forgot to thank the ref!
Carter Lewis
no problem huebro, I hope the CBF tears him a new one and finally rids us of this cancer
Ian Collins
it's been clear for a while now that the team is just being used to try to sell players abroad. Shit players like Hulk, Fred and all those faggots in China have no business near the national team
Caleb Clark
Everything middle Eastern or even north africa gets called turks in south America
We even call palestines turks, lol
Cameron Gonzalez
True.
Liam Harris
Yep, and all the asians here in brazil are called Japas (Japanese), and in Argentina, Chinos (Chinese), maybe chile?
Hunter Hill
>t. r/outoftheloop dumbcunt
Andrew Gray
I'm not jinxing it, But if we (Corinthians) get who I wish we get after Tite leaves...
The visions of continental dominance, my god, I can nearly touch them.
Vem pro Corinthias
Melhor noticia do ano se ele vier.
Jackson Thompson
Who???
Audax coach?
Jaxon Allen
I'M NOT TELLING IT, whoever it is.
I'M NOT JINXING IT, LAD.
It's sad how a few beatings make us superstitious.
Adrian Bennett
LOL
>we don't take this fake tournament seriously >fire manager immediately after losing
Logan Thomas
But is not only that
He lost to fuckin Paraguay the last Copa America Couldn't score A GOAL against Peru and Equador We are in 6 place in the WC qualifiers (only 4 can get to WC)
And we are also facing danger in loosing the olympics in home again
Ethan Barnes
I know you don't get it ameribro, but think.
If he can't pass groups stage at this tournament in a group with Peru (31years without loosing to them until now), Equador (12 years whitout loosing to them) and Haiti (never passed Groups stage before), how he could get us to WC. We wouldn't even be there in 2018, for the first time ever!
Ayden Ramirez
It is not going to work, Brazil won't be great again until we get rid of the fucking southeast school. Tite is just one more mediocre coach of that disgusting style.
Blake Davis
You guys go as far as Neymar takes you and everyone knows this
Jeremiah Smith
Just wait and you'll remember me ;)
Christian Lopez
But olympics is too soon, we will loose this too.
Wait a bit more.
Ethan White
Congrats bros
If the usmnt loses in the first round, will they fire Klinsman?
Michael Foster
last year corinthians was the best brazilian champions of all time, playing vastly different than 2011/12's corinthians. Corinthians played pressing, attacking game, proposed most of actions, instead of cashing on counter-attacks like Tite used to do in the past. They were playing dominantly and without a defensive flaw whatsoever. To say put him in the bracket of 'southern football' as if that was a bad thing is worthy of an ignorant that didn't even watch his team play last year. And I would bet that's exactly the case. If you swear on your mom that you watched Corinthians play more than 4 times last year (the two times they played your team, and the two times they played your beloved Flamengo/Vasco) and that's still your opinion, I give the point to you. But you'd still be stupid regardless.
If the 'southeast' school (which isn't even the southern one you'd be more accurately referring to) played like this, there wouldn't be a problem with it. Aside from the passing, everything 2015's Corinthians did was worth of europe, not from the southern football school.
That was it until the team got tore apart by china.
Alexander Murphy
>last year corinthians was the best brazilian champions of all time why do you keep saying this buddy are you autistic
Evan Richardson
kek I heard that Ronaldo went to Burning Man this year. Dude just doesn't give a shit anymore and just wants to enjoy life.
Kevin Scott
because they were. they had the best stats. best attack, defense, best goal difference, best team home and away, the team with the most points won in the current formula (cruzeiro achieved 100 with more teams playing) and a few other things. I won't bother to find the link for the stats, but it is on GloboEsporte IIRC.
and you should stop calling others autistic so easily. you're the ignorant on this case.
Andrew Campbell
is that Jefferson Montero?
Carson Williams
>loose
Colton Reed
>Corinthians played pressing, attacking game, proposed most of actions, instead of cashing on counter-attacks like Tite used to do in the past. They were playing dominantly and without a defensive flaw whatsoever
That is not so different than playing in counter attacks, its just a variation of exhaustive physical training hence the south style. Brazil needs to get back to pursuing technique and maintain the possession, and it can be done fine with the players we have but for that a radical shift is necessary.
>And I would bet that's exactly the case. If you swear on your mom that you watched Corinthians
I did and your Corinthians is good but only for the actual brazillian standard, and it really doesn't matter if you think its worth of europe.
Jason Russell
Nah he was part of that 2014 team. That's another coach with is probably completely done with Brazilian NT
Benjamin Johnson
What's Burning man?
Sebastian Russell
AFAIK he's retired
Gabriel Jackson
>implying fat ass Ronaldinho was gonna make difference
Yu guys realize they gave him a chance in a friendly match and he showed exactly why he shouldn't be called.
Asher Baker
>playing attacking, pressing game and proposing the plays rather than counter-acting them is not so different from counter-attacking game alone wew.
Owen Russell
i know a lot of lebanese girls, they are qt.
Lebanese people are basically the jews of São Paulo, a lot of medics, lawyers, politicians.
Eli Nguyen
>All those faggots in China Renato Augusto was pretty good Gil was pretty good
Who were really shit against Peru?Coutinho, Elias, Lucas Lima.
And the NT was a Selling Grounds for a long time, ever since Nike started to sponsor us in 2000+-, people didn't complain back then because along the shit that was called up we had ROnaldinho and Ronaldo
Samuel Butler
>us in 2000+-
Nike started sponsoring you guys in the mid-90s. I remember that awesome airport commercial during the 98 WC
Chase Hall
He does give a fuck, not about football(atleast not professionaly)I think he made more money after he retired than in his last 5 years as a player
It is a Festival where Americans create a huge Man made of wood and put all the poor people inside it, and light it on fire, that is what the new Radiohead video is about it.
Henry Powell
Brazil got away with a tie against Ecuador tbqh
Nathan Evans
OUVIRAM DO IPIRANGA ÀS MARGENS PLÁAACIDAS
Cameron Torres
Is that Brazilian for allahu ackbar?
Adrian Garcia
I wish Tite stayed just to see the butthurt, to be honest.
People would be so upset. Just imagine it. Imagine if he stayed, won the championship again. Just imagine, how upset people would be.
These times I notice reality isn't really real.
It's just a pale adapted script of the absurd.
Corinthians would get booted in the 4th finals of Libertadores anyway, so it's not like the karma would be unbalanced for too long.
Brandon Powell
Dunga's team was pretty decent and he got refball'd out of the cup.
Brazilians are retarded, they just regurgitate whatever Globo says and like to put all the blame in one person. It happened with our president, ir happened to our coach.
