Well, I did it. It comes with a couple text files.
One of them says the following:
"Instructions for use:
1. Place the Pizza Delivery program in the folder where you want your pizza delivered.
2. Launch program.
3. Enjoy your free pizza delivered 25 minutes past the hour, every hour.
The program process runs under the name "javaw.exe", and is otherwise invisible to the user. The program will continue delivering pizza to the location it was launched from until the computer is shut down, the user logs off, or the process "javaw.exe" is manually terminated by the user.
If you are satisfied with this product, the developer suggests making a shortcut to the program and placing it in your computer`s startup folder, so you don`t have to launch the program yourself.

Deleting a JAR doesn't make it stop running, or any other bundled application for that matter. The instructions to make it stop look legit, though my java apps all show up as javaw.exe*32.
