Western Sahara, Heard and MacDonald Islands, and Bouvet Island are currently impossible. So you can gray them out, of course in the future they can get IP addresses.
Honestly, French Southern Lands, and South Georgia and the South Sandwhich Islands are just as realistic as the three above. However, people like to keep them open because they were possible when IAPS had them as locations (and no they weren't Hola posts).
Hola gave Micronesia, and Micronesia is still possible.
