This is not how it works, if you would want to obtain his IP Address, you would have to hack google/yt to get his IP information. If hes dumb he used his direct connection, but these also changd their IPs regularly (dynamic ip) so you would also have to hack his provider to get the information of the usage of the ip on a specific time.. And eventually you will probably end up in china or russia, because of proxys, because i dont think hes dumb at all
