Beer thread

beer thread

you have shit taste in beer and have no business starting a beer thread.

disgusting beer and apparently a real shit company, but I wouldn't know because I'm a Canada fag

Enjoy your IPA's.

fuck yea. Ballast Point Dorado is the finest of the fine, you uncultured swine.

>could not be more casual

Cheers.

i would never knock glasses with you, smug faggot. get out of here.

How the fuck does anyone drink this shit

It tastes like ass

>wouldnt knock glasses with me because we dont like the same beer

Autism?

ITT: Beer labels with cool design and/or edgy message, of 2 year old or less breweries, therefore the beer is good and we buy it.

ITT: Beer elitists.

You always remind me of a guy who was at the same party I was last summer who went on about what an uncultured swine I was and began listing all his favorite labels and their qualities- about half an hour before he puked all over the deck and passed out in a chair next to the fire.
I continued partying and got into some 8/10's pants while he sat there passed out with his mouth wide open, slowly melting his shoes.

Why the fuck are you drinking that out of a Red Lobster glass?

Rogue has been around for quite a few years, bud.

standards!

>tfw americans will never drink glorious gueuze

>still butthurt about a party from last year.

if only you knew enough about beer to have one and move on, turbo autist.

Guess why they happen to list the quantity in Fluid Ounces on the bottle.

Murica, fuck yeah!

...

is this like german budweiser?

Label has no flashy colors, no cool design, no edgy message and the name is not cool.

Must taste like piss.

I don't give enough of a shit about beer I guess. I have a few brands I like and really care what someone else thinks about them. Also, who's butthurt again?

...

One of my favorites

Another good one

usually what I get at the bar

This is also good

this are some of my favorites!

...

Grew up drinking this

Dem swedes mang

>i don't like beer
>i'll post in a beer thread and cry about people who like beer though

who is butthurt, indeed.

Looks so good and refreshing

where are you from?

I said I like a few brands. Why not offer recommendations instead of belittling what other people enjoy?

mexifag, top and bottom are some mexican microbrews, really tasty

Like a 9% abv tropical fruit juice

No

...

This looks like the beer selection at Whole Foods.

That's my nigger!

Also my nigger!

...

The best stout

Nice you fucker!

Why is European beer so superior to American piss water?

om nom nom nom nom

nah mate

looks good!

Agreed he got REKT

Cream stout

that looks delicious

>thinking Americans don't know about gueuze

Motherfucker, I brew gueuze! And yes, that means I'm blending my own old and young lambic.

My nigga

why drink a pleb gueuze like beersal?

bust out some cantillon or 3f you faggot.

no you dont.

Drinking this disgusting shit because a friend left it here.

The yanks are doing some pretty decent stuff these days if you look for it. There are loads of great new breweries, especially in California.

The usual mass market stuff is utter shite though.

>young lambic

pervert alert

pervert alert

yes i do

Agreed. Or this..

no...you seriously dont.

unless of course you live in belgium in that specific area and wild ferment your lambic in open topped casks or koelschips...

which you dont.

so again...no you dont.

Got any tips?
I like blonde beer. Mostly seek out Belgium for my beer.

Oh, but I do.

like this 11% glass of heaven.

yeeeeeeeeah...tilquin is indeed top notch.

Craft beer is for queers

Yes this guy gets it.
Also this:

This

"lambic" is not a region-protected term. You can buy Brettanomyces bruxellensis and various Lactobacillus strains at any decent homebrew store. Yes, I fucking do.
Also, your autism is showing.

settle down, pervert.

Always amazes me....America brews some astounding craft ales...yet drinks Bud Light

>God Tier

I brew too. Never did Lambic. Do you reach a result close to original belgian gueuzes?

Nice and creamy. Better than Guinnes in my opinion.

what is a red ipa? describe its taste in detail.

Don't lump me in with those trailer-trash inbred Trump-supporting retards.

The best beer I've had. But really expensive.

Worth it though.

Jester King from Texas, and The Bruery (pictured in my prev post) do a lot of really good Belgian inspired stuff with their own twist. Expensive and rare as hell outside of the states though unfortunately.

Most American stuff that's widely available in Europe is stuff like Stone, Green Flash, and Founder who usually do more hoppy things but not exclusively. Stone have actually just opened a second brewery in Berlin so it's pretty easy to get their stuff super fresh if you go to a decent specialist beer shop

funny youd choose the bruxellensis instead of the lambicus.

Well impressed by American and European brews tonight.

Not OP but what's the story there user?
I always liked their Juniper IPA but apart from that the rest always seemed standard.

I live in Norway. I already pay 7-10 dollars for beer. Will give them a try. Cheers user!

Drinking a Founders KBS I bought yesterday.

Where do they sell this??

Love to try O'Haras and Liquid Mistress. Thanks to posters.

You should try to find St Stefanus... It's fantastic. Duvel used to be my favourite now its St Stefanus

...

and also this one

They come pretty close, actually. My first batch that flavorful, but that was more the fault of my mash not being fully extracted.
The thing that sucks about it is that it's a very long fermentation. I do a 1.5years for the old and 6months for the young, so it's not a thing to do if you din't wanna wait for it.

Oh look the nice bottle and the cool label, let's buy it.

Nice one, I had it some time ago. Really interesting texture.

It's hard to describe, it has that hoppy and bitterness of an IPA but it is cut through with a slightly fruity and darker taste. It seems to combine the best of a red ale with an IPA.

Well it is a small brewery in my county which does this ale (UK). I'm not sure how widely they export it.

dude youre retarded...youre only using two vintages of lambic for your "gueuze"?

lol.

This

Liquid Mistress is great and also look out for their Carribbean Chocolate cake stout that comes out in the Autumn. Definitely one of the best strong stouts I've ever had.

great tasting stout, cali creamin is pretty damn good too.

Is two not standard? Enlighten me.

1,5 year. wow.
Is your alcohol content reliable with these additions of lactobacillus?

I'm not that guy, but I thought that's not unusual? Usually it's a 1yr and a 3yr though.

Hello Dane-Lord!!! When I visited I stocked up on your wonderful craft offerings. Packed my bag with like 6 bottles. Had some of the best session IPAs ever there.

Apparently shit/sketchy business practices, I'm about to head out so I don't have a source but googling may help.
