1. If decreased, input prices will make the production less expensive. 2. If kept accurately, accounts are easy to check. 3. If a man's assets have been found to be large, the banker believes his chances of repaying the loan to be high. 4. When deferred, the wage should be indexed, which is not actually done. 5. Although swaps are widely made in less developed economies, they make economic mechanisms function more inefficiently. 6. Although serving as an actual means of payment, the rouble is known to have been replaced by the US dollar as a unit of account in Russia in the 1980s and the 1990s. 7. When Brazil owed $123 billion to its creditors in 1991, the biggest debt in the Third World, its government negotiated (вecти пepeгoвopы) another loan from the Inter-American Development Bank. 8. When employed in a temporary job, workers are paid a lower wage.
I know it is very easy for english-speaking people. In trade I can help you in russian language.
>There are apparent prevailing contextual/semantic features in effect? However:
1. Decreased input cost will make the production less expensive. 2. Well maintained accounts are easy to check. 3. Known assets will assure banks for granting loans. 4. Not sure what do you actually really mean here. 5. Ok. (interesting claim) 6. (keep it simple) US dollar replaced rouble as a currency in Russia during 80's and 90's (is this true?) 7. Ok I think, as a sentence. 8. (keep it simple) Temporary workers are paid lower wages.
You are coming up with a dissertation in a foreign language. Keep the language essentially straightforward, say it just like it is without any lingual acrobatics. Keep it simple.

>US dollar replaced rouble as a currency in Russia during 80's and 90's Only in 90's after USSR break in 1991. Russian economy had more problems. For example hyperinflation, bankruptcy, salary delay, etc. Rouble was cheapen every day. And people in citys use US dollar like a unit of account. Price in dollar was usuall. But in towns and villages more people use a barter. For example in my hometown workers gave goods instead salary. And they changed his his goods to another things or service.

>1. If decreased, input prices will make the production less expensive. When input prices are decreased they will make the production less expensive as a result of decreased overhead cost.
>2. If kept accurately, accounts are easy to check. Well maintained and accurate accounts are easy to check.
>3. If a man's assets have been found to be large, the banker believes his chances of repaying the loan to be high. This is fine imo
>4. When deferred, the wage should be indexed, which is not actually done. Not 100% sure what you mean here will take a stab at it
Wages should be indexed when deferred, but this doesn't actually happen.
>5. Although swaps are widely made in less developed economies, they make economic mechanisms function more inefficiently. It's fine
>Although serving as an actual means of payment, the rouble is known to have been replaced by the US dollar as a unit of account in Russia in the 1980s and the 1990s. fine but instead of unit of account I would use currency
>When Brazil owed $123 billion to its creditors in 1991, the biggest debt in the Third World, its government negotiated In 1991, Brazil, which owed the largest debt in the Third world, its government took on another loan from the Inter-American development bank.
>When employed in a temporary job, workers are paid a lower wage. It's fine

In 1991, Brazil, which owed the largest debt in the Third world, took on another loan from the Inter-American development bank.

If you write "yandex.com" it redirect you to "yandex.ru"? Right? In upper-right angle click to "Пepeйти нa Yandex.com" it send you to english version. But it is not full english. IMHO yandex haven't full english version. Use google for this.
